**What do you like best about Dyrect?**

Dyrect helped us bring warranty registration and claims into a single, organized place. The setup process was straightforward, and the interface is easy to navigate. We use the platform daily to manage new registrations, review claims, and track approvals without switching between tools. 

The automation for registrations, approvals, and customer updates has reduced manual follow-ups for our team. Plus, integrations with our ecommerce and support tools tied everything together into one workflow, which improved visibility and saved time. Their support team has also been responsive whenever we’ve needed help configuring features.

**What do you dislike about Dyrect?**

Some processes still require team involvement when customers have basic or repetitive questions.

An AI chatbot integrated directly into the warranty and claims flow would help handle common queries instantly and further reduce support time. This would improve automation and allow our team to focus on more complex cases.

**What problems is Dyrect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were managing warranty registrations and claims across different tools and manual processes. Dyrect centralized everything into one system and automated repetitive tasks like approvals, status updates, and tracking. 

This reduced back and forth within the team, improved response time, and gave us clear visibility into product registrations and service data. It helped us run post purchase operations in a more structured and efficient way.

**What do you like best about Dyrect?**

The Dyrect team is very responsive and communicates well.  They are always supportive or our business goals and work to make sure that the solution is supporting those goals. Our use case is likely not their ideal customer profile, yet they always work with us to evolve the solution to best meet our needs. All of which is to say, they are great to work with.

**What do you dislike about Dyrect?**

Changing an entire process flow is an iterative process for both us and our technology partner. While we have had some bumps along the way, they were the result of both of our actions. We have no negatives to report regarding Dyrect's solution or the way their team has approached managing our business.

**What problems is Dyrect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dyrect is allowing us to take what was once a very manual operational flow and digitally streamline it to drive efficiency and higher customer satisfaction. Our customers have much greater visibility into the status of their repair or warranty replacement because of the Dyrect implementation. In addition, our operational teams have greater visibility into future repair/replacement flows and can process those repairs or replacements more efficiently than in the past. This should allow our repair department to scale more efficiently as we continue to grow in the coming years.

**What do you like best about Dyrect?**

Implementation was smooth and fast. The Dyrect team was involved in everything, making sure our warranty infrastructure could be integrated into our existing systems without any kind of problem. They were always available to help with any questions or issues; it really made the process quite stress-free for us. One can clearly notice the greatness of their technical competencies—they went through all kinds of complex issues and made sure that everything regarding the infrastructure was optimized in order to achieve the highest levels of performance and reliability.

The initial setup took slightly longer than anticipated. Currently, integrating Dyrect with other platforms requires some customization. More pre-built integrations would be ideal to a smoother experience

Since we started to use the warranty infrastructure by Dyrect, we have seen significant improvements in our after-sales services—for the better. The system is so intuitive that it makes it easier to handle warranties swiftly and with stronger impacts. There are multiple options available in the market to manage warranties but Dyrect stood out to me because of how easy it was to implement and integrate with our current system, and what it promised to deliver - loyal & repeat buyers.

While our system is still at an initial stage, the integration was much easier but I believe we need some different integrations as well in a more advanced system.

Our problem was having low-quality buyers who purchase and never come back. as we are available on marketplaces, it gets difficult to track these customers. Dyrect helped us redirect these very customers to our website from where we got to connect with them while building connections and not just sales.

The reward program solution and the ease of usage was the highlight for us as it was not only very easy for integration in our system but it was extremely convenient for our customers as well for registration or reward claiming.

Campaign management is dependent on their involvement for modifications.

We have been in this industry for so long but there was a void in our customers buying from our website and the ones buying through other channels. Our main aim was to redirect our customers to the official website and also create targeted marketing campaigns to boost revenues. 

And dyrect's reward program did exactly the same, it helped our customers register their product that gave us the valuable data for marketing campaigns and directed them towards our website for reward claiming.

We offer a warranty on all of our products. However, nobody was registering their products. We then began looking for a way to assist with this and found Dyrect. They implemented QR code-based application on packaging. With the help of the solution, not only did our warranty registrations considerably rise, but we now are also communicating with our consumers

It gives us a lot of insights into customers' preferences and buying behavior, which helps our sales team close more deals.
We also love the Rewards and Loyalty Program management features on Dyrect. It is very convenient both for us and our customers.

Nothing to dislike really. But we're hoping they'll introduce more native integrations to other tools and apps.
