**What do you like best about Dreamtek Virtual Classroom?**

It seems to be an okay platform for videoconferencing and document sharing. It would probably work fine in a classroom setting. I don't think it's any worse than other options.

**What do you dislike about Dreamtek Virtual Classroom?**

Most of its functionality seems to be duplicated by software that my institution has already purchased. A combination of Echo360, Zoom, and Canvas work just fine and are integrated together.

**What problems is Dreamtek Virtual Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were required to use similar platforms for remote learning at a university setting during the COVID pandemic. This is not my preferred method of teaching classes.

**What do you like best about Dreamtek Virtual Classroom?**

As this company takes charge of adapting the virtual classroom environment and its customizable configuration, it makes this service very useful because it saves a lot of time and money than creating a platform of its own to teach classes and courses online. The result is a very optimal environment for both audio and video (in addition to additional components such as blackboard, notes, PowerPoint presentations) with great stability in which online classes can be taught.

**What do you dislike about Dreamtek Virtual Classroom?**

Price is a factor to consider. Although it is worth the cost, it is to know that it is a slightly high price above the average of other services. Quality pays.

I recommend it for those individuals, companies, or educational institutions that wish to implement a service that offers a complete virtual learning environment with high quality.

To teach online classes, there are many options for which you can choose. However, this service provides fundamental support in professionally configuring your environment according to your needs. It's like arriving in a classroom, and they have everything prepared for you, but obviously in a virtual way. These settings take time away on many occasions; on the other hand, this service can support me at all times and in the face of any difficulty that I present in my online classes as a teacher
