The flexibility dominKnow has. I have used Articulate Rise, and after using dominKnow, I realize how limiting Rise is. I can do more customization with dominKnow than a user can with Rise. I initially liked how Rise looked and thought about switching from dominKnow to Rise, but I quickly realized looks are deceiving. I will also say dominKnow's customer support is top-notch. They are very responsive and work quickly to address any issues. I also appreciate our Customer Success Manager, who is also quick to answer any questions and pass along feedback. I would love to take the classes they offer on using variables and creating games; however, the cost is prohibitive. I wish they would offer more affordable options so I could fully use everything dominKnow has to offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
