It is designed by management who have been in the industry since early 90s. It can handle all aspects - whether you run Total truck loads (TTL) or you run less then total truck loads (LTL) dispatchTMS lets you control dispatch, accounting and imaging with one system. The user friendly interface and easy to use makes it the best choice for transportation and logistic companies.

**What do you like best about dispatchTMS?**

I deeply appreciate how DispatchTMS has become an essential component in managing our logistics operations over the past 18 months. The QuickBooks integration for accounting stands out as particularly beneficial, enabling a seamless connection through API that was effortless and efficient, taking less than an hour for a perfect test sync. This has provided immense relief, given that accounting processes are a priority for us. Importantly, the software effectively addresses multiple critical areas within our company, including load management, safety issues, accounting, and driver management. I am impressed with how it automates compliance alerts, resulting in a 20% reduction in downtime and prevention of fines. Furthermore, centralizing driver records for easy monitoring of certifications and training deadlines demonstrates the software's robust approach to driver management. The automated driver assignment in load management has significantly improved our on-time deliveries to 92%, and the automated alerts for maintenance and driver compliance not only reduce downtime by 20% but also ensure we pass audits easily. The QuickBooks integration notably saves us up to 15 hours weekly on invoicing and payroll, a substantial gain in efficiency. Additionally, the analytics provided on routes and driver performance have assisted us in reducing fuel costs, further illustrating DispatchTMS's substantial impact on our operations.

**What do you dislike about dispatchTMS?**

UI Tweaks Needed: Terminal permissions and driver log interfaces could be more intuitive. Mobile App Gap: A dedicated driver app for schedules and logs would enhance usability.

I use DispatchTMS to streamline logistics operations, resolving issues in load management, safety, accounting, and driver management, boosting efficiency with automated driver assignment, compliance alerts, and QuickBooks integration, saving us 15 hours weekly on administration.
