The integration to Hubspot has been completely broken since we launched it. It's ridding our CRM with duplicative logs, and inserts links to recordings and "summaries" that just go to blank pages.

I put in a support ticket and it took them over a month to finally admit that they know about an issue, but don't have a solid fix for it.

It's incredibly frustrating to be told after a month, something I already know, and to have no fix. We are leaving and never looking back. I'd suggest others to stay far away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
