**What do you like best about Dew CRM?**

Dew CRM is a straightforward and user-friendly customer relationship management tool, primarily aimed at small and medium-sized businesses like ours. It also assists me with follow-ups, thanks to its intuitive dashboard.

**What do you dislike about Dew CRM?**

Dew CRM does come with a few limitations like the number of advanced features, including integrations with other tools, more sophisticated automation, and detailed reporting, are only accessible in the paid versions. The free plan imposes limits on the number of contacts and available storage. Additionally, the absence of a dedicated mobile app at this time is a little inconvenience to me.

**What problems is Dew CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since our organization is a small business, Dew CRM is affordable for us and has been very helpful to me, especially when it comes to following up with our clients.
