"Deskera has the single worst support team of any product I've ever used"

What do you like best about Deskera People?

I wouldn't know. The product doesn't work and their support doesn't answer. I've had the same support query for 3 MONTHS and I can't get a response. It's beyond ridiculous and I'm so over this company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deskera People?

The support

I follow up with them every single day for months and I can't get a single answer back. I've never seen a company with worse support. It's unacceptable. Avoid this product at all costs. It's a one-stop solution. I was facing issues in payroll, but with this, I am hardly facing any problems; it smoothly manages the payroll by having a pay schedule that automatically calculates how much need to pay to employees. and the other great thing its equally beneficial to employees and companies.
