I find Delve incredibly helpful for software compliance and getting software certified. They're very proactive in terms of customer support and client services, making me feel like there's always someone to talk to during the SOC two compliance process. Delve streamlined the entire compliance process end to end, which is typically long, complicated, and expensive. The client services rep was a big help along the way. Delve's pricing and proactiveness around client services were standout features for me. I appreciate their fast response on Slack. Even though the answers were generally generic, the level of responsiveness was impressive. The turbotax-type flow was really appealing. What do you dislike about Delve? I find Delve lacking in automation and integrations, which makes compliance efforts cumbersome. The AI features were not as effective as promised, often requiring manual intervention and scrutiny to prevent inaccuracies. Many steps are manual, like taking screenshots, which is tedious given the missing integrations. The platform's AI inaccurately generated instructions, sometimes leading to potentially damaging actions if not corrected. The claimed 'continuous monitoring' is misleading since it lacks visibility after initial setup and doesn't provide ongoing security assurance. I feel their reliance on AI buzzwords is more of marketing hype without meeting practical compliance needs. Despite expectations of a streamlined process, Delve demands significant manual effort, especially for documentation accuracy. It falls short compared to other platforms and even open-source solutions for the more complex tasks required for compliance.
