Replicon gives me the flexibility to create the necessary reports and data structures needed to capture information I need for billing, etc. even if it doesn't necessarily fit the exact Replicon out-of-the-box model. Easy tracking of time off is also a great feature. I've been a Replicon user/customer for 23 years & can say that it is a solid tool and worth the investment. It can be frustrating at times trying to get the information you need out of the system because of the limitations. As a long-time customer this is something that has gotten a bit worse over time, but it's not insurmountable, you just need to spend the time to understand what it can and can't do. The comment feature is one of the better items as it provides team members the ability to clarify their tasks and logging them into the platform for future memory. This provides a good breakdown later on what tasks were completed, and saves time on asking folks what they did. Used to regularly log you out every 10 minutes, which was really frustrating but that has since been changed which is beneficial as I regularly go back to use the platform to update my hours for the date so being logging in constantly is important.
