# Which Genesys AppFoundry solutions are most reliable for contact center managers trying to avoid costly implementations based on user reviews?

Genesys Cloud CX: The cloud deployment model that eliminates hardware provisioning and on-premises infrastructure management is credited for compressing implementation timelines for omnichannel contact centre deployments to a fraction of what equivalent on-premises projects took.

Talkdesk for Genesys AppFoundry: Pre-built AI and automation capabilities that reduce the integration development effort for contact center managers seeking AI-powered self-service, agent assistance, and automation without custom development are described as the implementation cost avoidance model for organisations adding AI capability to existing Genesys Cloud CX deployments. The pre-built flows and certified integration reduce the Architect configuration investment for standard AI self-service use cases.

Tableau for Genesys: The AppFoundry integration that brings Genesys Cloud CX interaction data into Tableau's analytics environment for custom dashboard and reporting development is described as the implementation cost avoidance model for contact center managers whose reporting requirements exceed the native Genesys analytics capability but whose organisation has already invested in Tableau as the enterprise BI standard.

Microsoft Teams Integration for Genesys Cloud: The AppFoundry integration connecting Genesys Cloud CX to Microsoft Teams for presence synchronisation, internal transfer to Teams users, and agent collaboration is described as the implementation cost avoidance model for organisations already on Microsoft 365 whose contact centre agents need to transfer interactions to subject matter experts in Teams without a separate collaboration tool or custom presence integration.

I’d also separate implementation cost from lifecycle cost. A certified integration may deploy quickly, but the savings disappear if every Genesys update, workflow change, or new queue requires paid services. I’d ask who owns configuration after go-live and how much routine change the contact center team can handle itself.
