# Which firms combine DataRobot expertise with strong change management for enterprise ML adoption?

Accenture: Accenture's Organizational Change Management practice is one of the largest in professional services and it is specifically integrated into technology implementation engagements rather than offered as a separate track. For DataRobot programmes where executive sponsorship is inconsistent or business unit resistance is anticipated, Accenture's change management depth is a meaningful differentiator.

Boston Consulting Group: BCG's GAMMA practice is specifically designed around the conviction that AI programmes succeed or fail on adoption rather than technical capability, and the practice includes organisational design, leadership alignment, and culture change alongside the technical delivery. For enterprise ML programmes where the primary barrier is executive risk appetite or business unit resistance rather than platform capability, BCG's strategic change management is the differentiating strength.

What was the most effective intervention for converting business unit sceptics into active ML consumers — was it a champion user programme, direct executive mandate, embedding predictions in existing workflows, or demonstrating a specific business outcome that the sceptic's team cared about?

There's a trade-off worth naming in picking a firm specifically for its change-management depth: the size that gives Accenture, BCG, or Capgemini a mature organizational-change practice is often the same size that makes it more likely the senior people who sold you on that practice aren't the ones actually embedded in your program day to day. A firm's practice-level depth on paper is a real signal, but it describes the firm, not necessarily the specific staffing you'll get, and those can diverge more at a large firm than at a smaller specialist shop.
