I do not love using Replicon as an administrator. Replicon is definitely not designed for international organizations with multiple countries and departments. Time off accruals are very limited, and complicated time off policies are difficult to implement in Replicon. It is also very difficult to make changes to timesheets. When an employee is accidentally set up with the wrong timesheet, you cannot simply click a button to fix it. You have to delete the incorrect existing timesheets, update the profile setup, and regenerate the timesheets. The same goes for holidays that populate on timesheets. What I like most is how it consolidates project management, time tracking, and invoicing in one place. It lets me manage everything at an individual level, which makes it easier to stay on top of my work. not yet being able to use the timer function (i think this is a feature but we dont have access to it yet). would like it to be able to write preemptive descriptions based on previous descriptions. i would like to see running total of my billable and non billable time for the week. Sometime the Submitting and Approval takes longer than expected time and error message does not say what the actual fix is, adding a fix with the error will help to close the issue easily. Example, a simple roaster doesn't say the roaster is wrong set for the user or roaster not set for user, just doesn't allow the user to submit the time sheet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
