**What do you like best about Xtime?**

Xtime allows us to spend time doing what we really need to be doing (fixing and servicing cars) instead of spending all day on the phones getting people scheduled and keeping them informed. It also allows us real time insights into how the department is performing in every facet!

**What do you dislike about Xtime?**

It does have a little bit of a learning curve, but in the realm of dealership software, it's not bad. And the pros far outweigh the cons.

**What problems is Xtime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving time, keeping us organized, and allowing us to focus on the things in front of us.

**What do you like best about Xtime?**

THE RO DASHBOARD IS SUPER EASY TO UNDERSTAND. YOU CAN COLOR FLAG EACH RO AND WHAT IT IS WAITING ON (WARRANTY APPROVAL / CLIENT / PARTS).

**What do you dislike about Xtime?**

I DONT DISLIKE ANYTHING ABOUT XTIME. IT HAS ALWAYS WORKED GRWAT FOR ME, HAVE BEEN USING IT FOR 9 YEARS.

**What problems is Xtime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IT HELPS KEEP EVERYTHING RUNNING SMOOTHLY BETWEEN MANAGER / ADVISOR / TECHNICIAN / AND PARTS.

**What do you like best about Xtime?**

Xtime and conversica work great together.  They allow our customers to schedule appointments through an AI communication with a person named "Marsha".  Our customers when coming in for the appointments look and ask for Marsha by name.  This integration has enhanced our scheduling and allow more customers to schedule online and the phones are ringing less.  this allows us more time to help the customers already in front of us.  We highly recommend xtime and conversica.

**What do you dislike about Xtime?**

I do not have any issues with the xtime and conversica integration.  They work great together.

**What problems is Xtime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Xtime helps us schedule our customers on a smooth interface that keeps everything nice and organized.  we are able to then check our customers in using a tablet in the service lane and when completed using the tablet we click a button and it communicates with CDK and prints off a work order.  This has sped up our check in process.  Xtime also helps us with selling to our customers service recommendations.  it allows us to take photos of the affected concerns and send them and an estimate for approval directly to our customers via text and or email.  This has simplified our operations and enhanced transparency with our customers.  This is a vital tool for our continued success and we will continue to use it.

**What do you like best about Xtime?**

I like how it has the ability to easily modify appointments that come into service. It also gives accurate data points that help schedule more appointments, what services are most popular, and keep track of business development activity.

**What do you dislike about Xtime?**

As nice as the tool is, don't expect something with Salesforce or Salesloft functionality. At the end of the day, the car business is far behind in technology, especially on the service side, and as great as Xtime is, there is also nothing that can compete with it.

**Recommendations to others considering Xtime:**

Customer service was knowledgeable but a bit slow whenever we had issues with the system. In a business where every second matters, waiting over an hour to talk to someone make life in the service station very complicated very quickly.

**What problems is Xtime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to easily track appointments flowing in each day, keep them organized by time, and see what services they are coming in for before hand so we can be prepared.

Being able to look up customers and set appointments

**What do you dislike about Xtime?**

That is lets you keep adding the same customer more than once so there are multiple accounts for 1 vehicle and person.

**What problems is Xtime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All of my automotive needs are in 1 place. I can schedule appointments, find past appointment information, and seek out customers for follow up appointments.
