What do you like best about DealerOn?

I like that it allows us to host our inventory and we can tie in third party inventory sources to make this a smooth process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DealerOn?

Support is a little iffy. Sometimes they know the answer right away and can help. Other times it seems I know more about their website platform than they do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering DealerOn:

I would recommend that everyone on their team learn about the website more so that their support can help better. The reporting calls that happen every month seem unnecessary because we can all look into the dashboard ourselves and read what it is they are telling us so the reporting calls are pointless especially since they always talk about the previous month which we don't care about anymore because we've moved on to the current month and want info to sell more cars this month. What problems is DealerOn solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping us have an online presence by allowing us to have a website to display our inventory and any specials we have going on. This also allows us to let others know about us who might not have before us as majority of people doing things or looking something up go to online first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can't stand dealing with their support...this is someone different to talk to for ever little thing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering DealerOn:

I would think that someone that likes the websites that don't require a lot of detail...this would be a great platform for a "set it and leave it" type dealership Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
