I feel lost most of the time when trying to find specific info on EE. It should be easier and more fields need to be added for Mental Health businesses. I also feel that this company should do more outreach to help their clients utilize their product in the most productive way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering DATIS, Part of ContinuumCloud:

We have many pending items that haven't been resolved. Also, we continue to submit claims but don't get sufficient answers to make this work to our advantage. An example I have is reporting injuries, but your system doesn't produce the OSHA 300. This is a waste of time inputting our injuries. We are trying to implement a tracking tool for transportation documents to sent reminders that driver's licenses, state inspection, insurances, and registration are due. These are just a few issues that haven't been met. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like being able to track each employee's job journey throughout their time in the organization. It records all details of the assignments, job descriptions, documents, compensation, performance reviews, and termination details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DATIS, Part of ContinuumCloud?

The performance evaluation platform could use a little work. Feedback could be more frequent, easier, and get smoothly to the employees' eyes in a productive way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DATIS, Part of ContinuumCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

HR is a very busy place with 1100 employees and to be able to organize and document the employee life span in an efficient place that is easy to access and edit is a lifesaver! And it is portable in a convenient, fun app. Payroll runs very smoothly and it is easy to track DOL requirements. Finally, I enjoy the reporting feature to take all that employee data from all those years past and analyze trends. Reporting and tracking solves the problem of painstaking tracking by a spreadsheet that takes hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer Service is an area that appears lacking. The sender of a help ticket receives notification that the ticket has been received; however, the timeliness of follow up varies. What do you like best about DATIS, Part of ContinuumCloud?

Coming from a software that is not user-friendly, I love the ease of E3 so far! Seems as if so much more information is avalable and reporting. Customer service is quick and accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DATIS, Part of ContinuumCloud?

I haven't found anything yet! We are finishing up the implementation stage and making sure all data is moved over. The only thing I would change so far is more effortless data transfer. We were told they would be able to import a substantial amount of data from our system without requiring so much on our part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This software has been a tremendous upgrade from our previous software. Using Datis, we have been able to alleviate duplicate work, and it also provides peace of mind to staff and supervisors. It is very user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their timekeeping and payroll are without question the best we've seen or used. The position control and approval workflows are equally as good. And I like that epunch and basic functions are now available on smart phones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
