What do you dislike about DATIS, Part of ContinuumCloud? Breach of specific employee data in regards to W2's 2025 and paystub in 2026 going to other employees. Slow, low understanding, inaccurate responses in Customer service. NOT user friendly especially in finding specific info or data, report writing, audit functions. Inaccurate time zone updates (AZ we don't change) spanning years, inaccurate PTO accruals, Sick time updates, end of year adjustments of accruals, and incorrect PTO start accruals. After years of inaccurate accrual calculations, they fixed the beginning accrual calculation for new hires. It doesn't really benefit us as we have had enough inaccurate calculations over the year, I will continue to manually check this function. We experienced very poor customer service over a years time and they assigned us a specific rep to help solve the issues. S White has made a difference in us leaving then vs. now. She kept us with Datis for longer that we should have and have benefited our company by getting very old tickets solved. Wish we could take her with us to another payroll company. It should be easier and more fields need to be added for Mental Health businesses. Also, we continue to submit claims but don't get sufficient answers to make this work to our advantage. An example I have is reporting injuries, but your system doesn't produce the OSHA 300. This is a waste of time inputting our injuries. We are trying to implement a tracking tool for transportation documents to sent reminders that driver's licenses, state inspection, insurances, and registration are due. I like being able to track each employee's job journey throughout their time in the organization. HR is a very busy place with 1100 employees and to be able to organize and document the employee life span in an efficient place that is easy to access and edit is a lifesaver! And it is portable in a convenient, fun app. Payroll runs very smoothly and it is easy to track DOL requirements. Finally, I enjoy the reporting feature to take all that employee data from all those years past and analyze trends. Coming from a software that is not user-friendly, I love the ease of E3 so far! Seems as if so much more information is avalable and reporting. Customer service is quick and accurate. We are finishing up the implementation stage and making sure all data is moved over. The only thing I would change so far is more effortless data transfer.
