Breach of specific employee data in regards to W2's 2025 and paystub in 2026 going to other employees. Slow, low understanding, inaccurate responses in Customer service. NOT user friendly especially in finding specific info or data, report writing, audit functions. Inaccurate time zone updates (AZ we don't change) spanning years, inaccurate PTO accruals, Sick time updates, end of year adjustments of accruals, and incorrect PTO start accruals.
