As a fully digital bank, our mobile app is that our entire relationship with customers happens, so understanding how they move through it is everything for us. What we value most in Dataroid is its customer behavior analysis. We can follow all path customers take across our app. Based on the insights gained from these analyses, we can use "action based push", "in-app messages" features in our mobile app through Dataroid. They can be differentiated based on customers' segments. Then we can analyze the metrics because of these features. Additionally, we have some important banking facilities, products and transactions that we want to be used by customers. We can bring these transactions into the forefront through Dataroid. We can provide products to our customers what they need.
