What do you like best about Paperless Forms?

What do you dislike about Paperless Forms?

Overall, the Paperless Forms are user-friendly. We are currently at a stage where production team members proactively request forms on their own initiative because the system has worked well for them. However, we have observed some potential user-related issues, such as freezing and glitches that can result in data loss when switching iPads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Paperless Forms?

We happened upon Paperless through an Expo at the SQFI Conference and decided to give it a try. Ultimately, we were looking to update our recordkeeping and paperwork processes through the digitization of key records, and we weren’t disappointed. The team at Datahex assisted with the transition and the entire process allowed us to rethink the way we capture data. The setup and form development were straightforward and easy for our team members to master, becoming citizen developers in their own rite. The software gave us the tools to combine multiple forms and reduce the overall burden of paperwork and recordkeeping. Since we are a multi-site operation, the software supported standardization; a goal we’d be striving toward for some time now. Even after the initial setup, we continue to receive lighting-quick support if assistance is needed or concerns are raised. David Da Silva has been a tremendous asset to our team and implementation.

Employees of all levels of the organization using the software have applauded the ease of use. The desktop interface is user friendly and permits multiple staff members to work on the same form simultaneously. This saves quite a bit of time for us since some of our documents had to pass over no less than four desks before being filed away. The form tag capability and employee access configurations help ensure only necessary documents are visible to employees based on their role in the organization. Additionally, employees enjoy having the ability to have procedures at their fingertips and the training and acknowledgement functions are very useful. The review process is more efficient with the data validation tools that are programmable and built into the software.

Our sites that have converted to paperless no longer need to haul wagons of records to conference rooms for audits. We can even share documents through a controlled access protocol. Our audit processes have improved and we’re just starting to explore the PowerBi reporting capabilities which are very exciting for those involved in data trending.

Overall this has been a great tool for achieving our food safety and quality goals, and we look forward to implementing it at additional sites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paperless Forms?

From our experience, some areas of improvement could be as follows:

• Ability to perform calculations between previous rows on dynamic tables

• Ability to trigger certain fields to autogenerate form tags

• I would like to see some advanced procedural signoff capabilities through either the software or via PowerBi access to be able to look at a given employee and see training and signoff dates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Paperless Forms?

The Paperless Forms Program allows me to monitor all documents as infomration is being put into them throughout the day. We no longer have to wait until paper forms are turned in to catch and address problems. The forms also allow the employees to receive instant feedback on whether items are in Spec or not so they can fix problems before they get out of hand. What do you like best about Paperless Forms?

The controls are simplified, easy to use and prevent almost 100% of document management errors by the workforce. What's more, Paperless offers managers simplified document management and allows us to easily analyze data in PowerBi. Customer support is very fast. We use Paperless in over 25 plants every day. What do you like best about Paperless Forms?

The transition from paper to paperless in the factory was done gradually and efficiently without any notable issues. All our production control and quality control documents have been on Paperless for several years now. The quick archiving of documents saves us a lot of time; no more need to file everything. It is easy to program a document so that what we want to validate is automatically validated and what is non-compliant is visually easy to trace. It is easy and quick to modify and implement a change on a document. Very easy to consult old documents or search for information in the documents. Users find it easy to navigate the application and documents, regardless of their comfort with computers. Quick responses from customer service. Extremely convenient to be able to display the application and documents in other languages to facilitate user understanding.

Paperless WEB (in development): Different very practical displays that can be modified as needed to facilitate use depending on the device used. Allows freedom on the device used for document completion. Presence of practical filters for displaying documents on the work desktop. Practical function for task planning. What do you dislike about Paperless Forms?

We have had issues with data loss in the documents. The synchronization problems of the application are more prevalent on older devices; we need to uninstall/reinstall the application to solve the problem, sometimes at the risk of losing data. We frequently experience slowdowns or errors when searching for documents on the web page. Despite the quick responses from technical support, we could benefit from more follow-ups (e.g., we send information following a technical issue and are informed that the information is transferred to the IT team, but no follow-up on the situation afterwards).

Paperless WEB (in development): We experience synchronization slowdowns, synchronization occurs every time we perform an action (enter/exit a document, create a document). For several seconds to 1 minute, it is not possible to display a document or navigate during this synchronization. We also need to type most of the name of a document for it to appear in the search to display the document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Paperless Forms?

The best thing about paperless is to have access to online data from your desk without worrying about internet or wifi infrastructure on the floor. The syncing system is so fast that you can manage information almost live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don’t dislike any of the things that is available on paperless but some “ num” key words needs to be added: for example, for flow ( l/min and m3/h) or pascal (only have kilopascal).
