I find that the reporting and QA process in Cybba needs improvement. While the dashboard is comprehensive and useful, it sometimes lacks consistency. When issues arise, I often notice them first instead of the account management team. Although they rectify any problems quickly, the QA process should be more robust to detect issues earlier. It would be beneficial to have built-in automated QA checks or alerts to flag potential discrepancies early, like sudden drops in impressions, email sends, or conversion tracking, to help troubleshoot faster and avoid performance gaps before they impact results.
