What do you like best about Cybba?

I love how Cybba seamlessly connects remarketing efforts across various channels, which has significantly enhanced my efficiency and the overall performance of our campaigns. This integrated approach allows us to coordinate messaging, timing, and audience targeting for both email and onsite display remarketing without the hassle of juggling multiple systems. It's incredibly beneficial in ensuring a consistent borrower experience and effectively advancing users further down the funnel. I also truly appreciate the hands-on and responsive nature of Cybba's account management team. What do you dislike about Cybba?

I find that the reporting and QA process in Cybba needs improvement. While the dashboard is comprehensive and useful, it sometimes lacks consistency. When issues arise, I often notice them first instead of the account management team. Although they rectify any problems quickly, the QA process should be more robust to detect issues earlier. It would be beneficial to have built-in automated QA checks or alerts to flag potential discrepancies early, like sudden drops in impressions, email sends, or conversion tracking, to help troubleshoot faster and avoid performance gaps before they impact results. The Cybaa team is agile and able to help refine and build the audience and campaign to speak to pinpointed audiences. What do you like best about Cybba?

They're extremely creative and know digital marketing - tactics and strategy - extremely well. They can support both full funnel campaigns and specific areas very well. Their account support is fantastic. I've used them at multiple companies and they provided campaigns which weren't cookie-cutter but rather tailored to our individual objectives.
