**What do you like best about Cybba?**

I love how Cybba seamlessly connects remarketing efforts across various channels, which has significantly enhanced my efficiency and the overall performance of our campaigns. This integrated approach allows us to coordinate messaging, timing, and audience targeting for both email and onsite display remarketing without the hassle of juggling multiple systems. It's incredibly beneficial in ensuring a consistent borrower experience and effectively advancing users further down the funnel. I also truly appreciate the hands-on and responsive nature of Cybba's account management team. They are incredibly helpful and quick to address any issues that arise, adding immense value to our use of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Cybba?**

I find that the reporting and QA process in Cybba needs improvement. While the dashboard is comprehensive and useful, it sometimes lacks consistency. When issues arise, I often notice them first instead of the account management team. Although they rectify any problems quickly, the QA process should be more robust to detect issues earlier. It would be beneficial to have built-in automated QA checks or alerts to flag potential discrepancies early, like sudden drops in impressions, email sends, or conversion tracking, to help troubleshoot faster and avoid performance gaps before they impact results.

**What problems is Cybba solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Cybba to tackle form abandonment and improve marketing efficiency by coordinating remarketing efforts across channels, ensuring consistent messaging and effectively moving users down the funnel. It simplifies managing email and onsite display retargeting, enhancing campaign performance.

The account managers I've worked with have been terrific. They each have extensive knowledge of their products and deliver excellent service. They are innovative and creative in proposing solutions to meet our goals and campaign targets.

There's nothing that comes to mind; they've been terrific partners.

**What problems is Cybba solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We primarily use Cybba for Digital Audio in select markets. This tactic enables us to reach a different audience demographic than other marketing tactics.

The Cybaa team is agile and able to help refine and build the audience and campaign to speak to pinpointed audiences. After working with many digital agencies in my career, I have come to really appreciate the transparency and their ability to go beyond the digital to make campaigns successful. Super responsive customer support has always made communications efficient.

No downside....they are one of the best in the industry.

**What do you like best about Cybba?**

Cybba gets the attention of potential customers and keeps them interested by sending customized messages when it's most appropriate, using methods like emails, ads on websites, and messages that appear on the website itself. It uses information about how customers behave and what they like to make sure the messages businesses send are useful and work well.

**What do you dislike about Cybba?**

The cost is too steep for small enterprises.

Cybba addresses issues like cart abandonment, low conversion rates, and poor marketing campaign returns. It increases conversions, boosts customer engagement, and improves marketing ROI.

**What do you like best about Cybba?**

They're extremely creative and know digital marketing - tactics and strategy - extremely well. They can support both full funnel campaigns and specific areas very well. Their account support is fantastic. I've used them at multiple companies and they provided campaigns which weren't cookie-cutter but rather tailored to our individual objectives. Bottom line is they produced highly profitable campaigns. I highly recommend them for not their digital marketing and martech solutions.

There's nothing I can think of which would be a negative to using them.

**What problems is Cybba solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to run integrated performance marketing campaigns. By leveraging their martech and digital campaigns they produced highly profitable campaigns. They utilized tactics we never could've managed on our own.

It's layout! It's very modern and refined. With the features to customize for the clients. I use my marketing with this software and it's greater than the above

It could be more faster, sometimes it's a little bit frozen but it's a common thing in software. They should make it faster in the environment for the user!!!!!

It's saving much time in our work! It's way more easier with the tool provided by them. that way I can spend more time in other activies and it's improving a lot my day
