**What do you like best about CustomerIK?**

The best part of working with CustomerIK is their sheer depth of knowledge. Mayank’s thorough, end-to-end understanding of how Braze works- from the initial data flow to the final user experience. No question was too small or too complex; they were able to answer everything on the spot with clarity. His explaining style is patient and thorough, ensuring that our team didn't just see what to do, but understood the "why" behind every configuration.

**What do you dislike about CustomerIK?**

The only downside is that the onboarding sessions eventually had to end! There is so much information to absorb with respect to Braze, which can feel a bit like a firehose at times. However, CustomerIK manages this by being very organized and allowing us the space to ask questions until we truly "get it."

**Recommendations to others considering CustomerIK:**

If you want to skip the steep learning curve of Braze, work with CustomerIK. My recommendation would be to bring your entire team to these sessions and come prepared with every "what if" question you have. CustomerIK is the best way to ensure you are utilizing the platform to its full potential from day one. It’s an investment in your team’s long-term proficiency.

Transitioning to a platform as robust as Braze can be intimidating, and we were struggling to figure out where to start. CustomerIK solved this by providing a structured, session-based onboarding that cut through the noise. Instead of us spending weeks reading documentation, he guided us through the entire ecosystem in a way that made sense for our specific business. The benefit has been a total elimination of "setup paralysis" and a team that now feels confident enough to run the platform independently.

The differentiator is their end-to-end expertise. Mayank didn't just explain the initial data flow, he also connected it all the way through to the final user experience. He is patient and highly organized, ensuring our team didn't just learn how to click buttons, but actually understood the logic and the why behind every configuration. No question was too small or too complex.

**What do you dislike about CustomerIK?**

We had a roadblock in terms of integrating WhatsApp but that was an issue on Meta’s side. Other than that, everything went smoothly wherein they also took care of guiding our other partners for web and app SDK implementation.

If you have to choose a partner for your Braze onboarding, CustomerIK is the way to go to ensure you're actually using the platform to its full potential from day one. It’s more than just a setup phase; it’s an investment in your team’s long-term proficiency and confidence.

What I like best is the sheer breadth and depth of their expertise. We engaged them before we even signed with our platform vendor. The team was able to speak fluently and strategically across three critical domains: MarTech Architecture (data modeling, integrations), Creative/UX (journey mapping, message design), and Project Management (vendor selection, negotiation support). Their vast experience, clearly drawn from multiple successful enterprise projects, meant they didn't just advise us on the tool, but on the entire operational process. This holistic view was instrumental in accelerating our decision timeline and ensuring the path we chose was the most efficient and scalable route for our business.

Not really much. Their approach was spot on and they persisted on following best practices which surely makes us realize the value today as things feel very smooth.

What truly sets CustomerIK apart is their dual expertise: they are both a highly strategic consultant and an efficient technical producer. They successfully managed our complex migration from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Braze, but their value extended far beyond the technical switch. 
 
They immediately focused on how to maximize our new platform. They helped us consolidate numerous legacy journeys into a fraction of optimized  Braze  Canvases,  which instantly gave us better control and clearer attribution. This strategic approach ensured we realized full business value very quickly, achieving an accelerated Time to Value that exceeded our internal targets. Their team is knowledgeable, responsive, and always aligned their guidance with our long-term revenue goals.

**What do you dislike about CustomerIK?**

The depth of strategic planning required for journey consolidation was rigorous and demanded a significant time investment from our internal marketing leadership. CustomerIK insisted on a thorough data audit and journey mapping session to ensure we did not migrate any technical debt from the old system. 
 
While this phase was demanding, it was necessary to achieve the scalability and efficiency we enjoy now. CustomerIK managed the process tightly and ensured the rigor ultimately led to a cleaner, more impactful Braze environment. We certainly appreciate their commitment to doing things the right way, even if it meant 
more work upfront.
