What I like best about working with Covalent Marketing is how hands-on they are. We reach out to them on a regular basis with all kinds of requests — from marketing questions to data clarification, ideation support, QA checks on our Braze Canvases and campaign execution, and even helping explain technical nuances to our developers and product team. What do you dislike about Covalent Marketing?

None really. The only thing I'd like to see is in the future is possibly adding in more test/fix hours after a canvas/campaign has gone live to ensure that it is working correctly, but that is something my team or I can request ourselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Covalent Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?

Covalent was able to perform an audit of our Braze CRM to help us understand why certain campaigns and canvases were not working correctly. They were also instrumental to us in making the reccomended fixes so that our canvases work correctly. They worked closely with my team, educating them on best practices along the way which helps us to ensure that we can take those learnings and apply them long term to future marketing intiatives. The few bumps in the road during our multiple implementations came early on while we were establishing desired reporting processes. The tools and methods used to brief status, performance, project plans needed improvement in the beginning. But again they were committed to building any necessary formats to provide our project team and leadership what was needed. Recommendations to others considering Covalent Marketing:

I certainly recommend Covalent as an implementation partner. It is unreasonable to expect Covalent to be the expert in every facet of Martech, but when we did run into any shortfalls regarding technical or strategic knowledge, they would dive into the subject and either obtain the training needed or would proactively engage with experts in that field to provide us with the necessary consultation and guidance. So I would highly encourage anyone working through a Martech implementation who needs a trustworthy, dedicated, proven partner who operates with care and integrity at a reasonable cost to reach out to Covalent for their services.
