What we appreciated most was the initial speed of getting started. The team was eager to help and supported us in their respective areas. We generally felt that they were knowledgeable and willing to assist with the integration. However there were some cases where we needed the assistance of the Braze team for further consultation. What do you dislike about Omtera?

On the flip side, we did encounter some challenges. During the integration, we faced a few technical hiccups mainly due to outdated Braze documentation and some delays in communication. While Omtera tried to bridge these gaps, there were moments where we couldn’t get timely responses because of their team’s workload and unavailability from time to time. Despite the delays we encountered, which meant we couldn’t fully move forward with some product integrations within the planned 12-week onboarding period, Omtera has been understanding and flexible. We engaged with Omtera to help us integrate a marketing management tool called Braze into our system. The goal was to use Braze for setting up push notifications, in-app messages, banners, and content cards to improve how we communicate with our users. Omtera’s support was intended to guide us through a 12-week onboarding process, and we worked closely with Baran and Emre on technical matters and Senem on setting up campaigns via the Braze dashboard.
