**What do you like best about Stitch?**

I really appreciate Stitch for their expertise. They know Braze better than anyone else, even better than Braze themselves, which is impressive. They bring practical and applicable solutions to our problems due to their know-how and experience with the technology. Whenever we face an issue, we can rely on them to provide good recommendations on how to implement solutions via Braze. Their deep understanding of the tool and industry practices makes them valuable, especially when we need to leapfrog some of the problems we're experiencing. This understanding is a key reason I'm considering renewing with Braze.

**What do you dislike about Stitch?**

I would say a faster time to solution or time to value. Right now, I have a handful of projects that I'm working with them on. And I know that they know answers and can provide them in potentially a much quicker turnaround than they currently do. It takes a little bit longer than I would like them to, and there's iterations around presentations and solutions, and that's not necessarily what I need, especially when it's relatively easy stuff for them / sometimes what's needed is just a quick answer.

Stitch helps us align our goals with technical solutions using Braze, solving CRM challenges with expertise. Their deep knowledge accelerates our strategy implementation, effectively bridging strategy with technology, and facilitates optimal solutions, making them essential in overcoming hurdles.

They have been vital to the implementation project. I'm not sure if we would have had a successful launch without them. They are knowledgable and organized and have kept the project running. Even if people are on vacation or need to roll off they always have an SME who can answer any questions. They are incredibly responsive and fun to work with.

There isn't anything I can think of, I just wish I had the ability to continue working with them longterm.

Their team is responsive and willing to work through technical questions with us. They’ve also been helpful in providing guidance on how to structure things within Braze so that it’s easier to scale as our programs grow. It’s useful to have an external perspective when thinking through technical solutions and best practices.

Working with an external partner can require a fair number of meetings to align on context, requirements, and updates. It’s also a relatively expensive service, so it’s important to be thoughtful about where their support is most valuable.

It’s helpful to come into the relationship with clear goals for what you want to accomplish in Braze and where you want support, whether that’s migration, technical architecture, or campaign operations. The partnership tends to work best when there’s regular communication and defined priorities.

Stitch has primarily helped support our migration to Braze and stabilize our messaging infrastructure as we scaled. They’ve been helpful in working through technical implementation questions and making sure our Braze instance is structured in a way that can support long-term growth. They were very thorough with the documentation and always willing to help.  Approachable, available, and easy to get along with throughout.  Great at explaining requirements to other areas of the business, and helping us to get things prioritised with other teams.
When we encountered some issues, they were very keen to find solutions and supported us every step of the way.

**What do you dislike about Stitch?**

While the documentation is great overall, some of it—particularly the lengthy Word documents—was quite hard to follow. That may have contributed to a few of the issues we encountered, as it led to misunderstandings between both parties.

**What problems is Stitch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stitch helped us with our Braze onboarding, including discovery sessions with Braze and all of our teams, account setup, data mapping, and the setup and testing of four core canvases. They also supported IP warming and other related onboarding work.

Stitch is very personable and easy to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable and willing to talk through any solutioning and technical aspects that allow our teams to gain a greater understanding of the workflow and capabilities.

At times, it can be challenging to schedule time with Stitch on short notice because of constraints in our large internal teams’ calendars, along with Stitch’s existing commitments to other clients. We understand their priorities and appreciate the flexibility they provide when an issue is critical and we need support.

I would highly recommend Stitch to anyone interested in partnering with them. Our experience has been excellent, thanks to their depth of knowledge, strong attention to detail, and truly personalized approach to the partnership.

Stitch has been helping our organization integrate the Braze platform for patient and provider outreach with our various product offerings. I really appreciate how knowledgeable they are about all things Braze. They also take the time to teach you how to use the tool and to walk you through how they set something up in your environment, which gives me a much clearer understanding overall.

Sometimes the communication can be a little off. For example, while we were working on a project, the Stitch team couldn’t access the password we sent them, and it wasn’t communicated to us that they were having trouble getting in for almost a month.

**Recommendations to others considering Stitch:**

If you’re looking for a team that can get things done quickly and get it almost perfect the first time around, Stitch is your team! One thing to keep in mind is that this level of speed and quality comes with a price, so be prepared to pay a little more than you might with another agency. That said, in my experience, it’s well worth the money you spend.

Stitch was brought on to help our company onboard to Braze, and they’ve been really helpful in guiding me through how to navigate the platform. Overall, they’ve been a great sounding board for figuring out how to get things done and for working through questions as they come up.

We extended our contract with them to help get a few other projects up and running, and they’ve continued to be a huge help. In particular, they’ve done a great job guiding our team on Braze best practices and keeping us moving in the right direction.

Team is strong at both delivering on the day to day requirements while also providing more strategic thought partnership. It was great to have that balance in the team of both day to day operational effectiveness and strategic thinking.

In my most recent role, I was able to lean on the team to help from day 1 on a new initiative - this included solutions brainstorming, development of the canvas to support our goals, and then delivering on building and making this effort live. This campaign delivered millions of messages, helping to eliminate customer experience pain-points & stress, while allowing us to clearly meet our initiative goals.

What I like best about Stitch is the caliber of their people. Our business strategist, Wendy Bombardi, was outstanding. She was not only a fantastic thought partner but also able to expertly complement our team's skill sets. What was most helpful was her ability to combine deep expertise in Braze with strong project management, keeping us on track and ensuring nothing fell through the cracks. That blend of strategic insight and disciplined execution made all the difference in our migration.

They really felt like part of the team. The team we worked with was very hands on and got their hands dirty figuring out some of most complex issues.

The biggest downside is because they are project based if you can't retain them due to budget they may not have the same resources with the historical knowledge available if you need to bring them back in later.

If you need help beginning to end for a lean team or limited resources, Stitch is an excellent partner. They have specialist for anything from development to data to journey orchestration and their project managers are on top of things! Although due to their incredible organization and team, if your team has a hard time making timely decisions or you don't have someone available for consistent meetings you will not be making the most of your budget and time with their team.

Our very lean team needed to upgrade to a marketing automation platform. Due to our limited resources we tapped Stitch to help us with data planning, campaign planning, implementation, timeline, testing, and support with our loyalty and new MAP vendors.

I like their honesty and transparency when it comes to the issues they have raised. I am also appreciative of how valued our input is when we are collaborating on solutions.

The quality of work we have been given from Stitch has been above my expectations however there are times I wish we had more allocated time with them. Given how our current contract is structured we are allocated a certain about of hours with solutions architects each week and in those hours we are getting the absolute best work from Stitch and we are incredibly happy with how our partnership has blossomed. All in all, there is nothing quality wise that I am disappointed with or think Stitch needs to improve, but I wish we had more time with them on occasion.

The Stitch team goes above and beyond in their support—they're responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to adapt to our internal constraints. They genuinely care about maximizing our success and consistently bring solutions to the table that align with our goals.

So far, our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The only challenge has been occasional delays when coordinating across our internal teams, but Stitch has always remained patient and flexible in those situations.

The downside is the moving forward engagement structure, we had hoped we could keep them on a retainer and bank some hours each month so we would have the team available as issues arose. This wasn't an option that was available, so we will wait until we need to enhance our techstack and move to our "Future state" to engage them again.

Use them. They took a highly complex system and broke it down in a way that we can understand and armed our team with the knowhow to manage the system on the day to day they're fantastic.

We needed to be better at gathering first party data and creating unified customer profiles from multiple sources, we had identified the Segment CDP as the best solution. Unfortunately, none of us had the first clue about implementing the tool and it wasn't until the Segment team introduced us to Bobby at Stitch did we start understand what was possible. We engaged the Stitch team to build out out the platform and get us started along our way. At first we had John and Ross leading us through the process but when John was promoted Becky filled in for him. Everyone was top shelf and helped us work through some significant unforseen challenges along the way. We now have data flowing to Segment and then into our data warehouse and it was all handled by the Stitch team.

**What do you like best about Stitch?**

The team is so talented and they operate at the confluence of technical excellence and superior customer service. Our organization has been scratching our heads over some specific data questions for decades and Stitch was able to access the information in minutes -- because they understand how to get there and why it matters.

**What do you dislike about Stitch?**

The only downside to working with Stitch is that eventually our contract will end! They'll have us very well set up to continue our work without them but I will miss having their brilliant minds on our team.

**What problems is Stitch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have deferred maintenance on our martech that has left us missing opportunities to create a seamless customer experience. Our data was cluttered and insights were difficult to access, our platforms were disconnected, and automation efficiencies felt just out of reach. Stitch is helping us solve those issues and chart a thoughtfully-designed path forward, with incredible attention to detail and grounded in their extensive efforts to get to know us and our brand. Our conversations are productive and insightful and the team does a great job of showing us what's possible. They're pushing us to dig deep into our systems and fix root causes and even partway through our project, it's clear we are already better for it.

**What do you like best about Stitch?**

They are experts at the technology they are implementing and have deep relationships with key contacts at those providers. They understand marketing as much as they do the technology that supports it. They help us think though business challenges and everyone on their team cares about the results and how it can impact our business. They care about our mission, and it shows in the extra ideas they bring to meetings, the extra digging they do to find potential issues or opportunities. They have patience with our small team and are always able to keep focused on what needs to be moving forward so our project stays on track (this is also a result of their exceptional project management).

**What do you dislike about Stitch?**

Not much at all, they are very accessible and responsive.

**What problems is Stitch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stitch is helping to implement several MarTech tools into our data and customer engagement stack - CDP, Data Warehouse, and Lifecycle Marketing. They are completing this across our federated organization and assiting with change management across our organizational structure. They are also liasing with our web dev team on the launch of a new website, where they solutions and data architecture will drive site functions and design. Their team also will work to support additional, external Salesforce development in service of the entire project. The work overall is completely revolutionizing how our organization functions, and the scale at which it can grow. They are focused on a value-oriented approach that can help us drive revenue, and reduce costs across multiple functions within our organization. They will undoubtably be the team that takes our business into the next phase of meaningful growth.

We needed strategy and capacity to deliver incremental engagement with our members whilst leveraging on Martech investments (braze) and all new capabilities available to us

**What do you like best about Stitch?**

Firstly, the entire team is great to work with and all seem to be experts in their respective area, from business strategy to solution architects to technical producers. I have been impressed with their ability to review a Braze Canvas and very quickly can dissect issues and propose new solutions.

I feel like we've accomplished a significant amount in only 6 months working together. Every discussion topic that I need to connect on is discussed in detail and leaves me feeling positive.

They are resonsive, detail oriented and have solutions for everything we've thrown at them, including Canvas optimization, marketing strategy, and email/html coding.

**What do you dislike about Stitch?**

The downside to working with Stitch is the need for A LOT of meetings. It seems unavoidable that we need to connect multiple sessions a week, three to four hours a week. Though, this probably says more about how much we needed help with upgrading and evolving our Braze implementation.

**Recommendations to others considering Stitch:**

Come to Stitch with the goals you are looking to accomplish with your Braze platform. See if they have solutions and can describe how to reach these goals. Similarly, share your makreting/team goals to see if they can describe how a partnership would drive success and help deliver your goals faster.

**What problems is Stitch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canvas optimizations and automations. Advanced segmentation and personalization architecture. Streamlining CRM / Braze processes and documentation. Campaign/Canvas analysis optimizations. Launching automated lifecycle communications.

Stich are "teaching us to fish" by providing insights and knowledge into the many intricacies found within Braze. I feel comfortable that we will be set up for years of success through this partnership. Stitch is focused on understanding my goals and helping us reach them.
