What I like best about Stitch is the caliber of their people. Our business strategist, Wendy Bombardi, was outstanding. She was not only a fantastic thought partner but also able to expertly complement our team's skill sets. What was most helpful was her ability to combine deep expertise in Braze with strong project management, keeping us on track and ensuring nothing fell through the cracks. What do you like best about Stitch?

What sets Stitch apart from typical tech partners is their proactive and consultative approach. They haven’t just executed tasks — they’ve consistently gone above and beyond by offering thoughtful suggestions, industry best practices, and strategic guidance throughout our migration from Salesforce to Braze.

Their team has been deeply involved, not just technically, but also in understanding our business goals and aligning the implementation accordingly. They’ve helped us stay on track with timelines while ensuring we follow scalable and future-proof solutions.

What do you dislike about Stitch?

One minor challenge we’ve faced is the limited access to their team due to the nature of our engagement agreement. At times, it can feel like we’re working within tight windows for support.

That said, Stitch has done an excellent job of making the most of the time we have with them. Their team is highly focused, responsive, and efficient, ensuring that any issues or questions we raise are addressed promptly and effectively. Onboarding can take a bit of time, as they get up to speed on our internal systems, naming conventions, and existing campaign libraries. What do you like best about Stitch?

I like their honesty and transparency when it comes to the issues they have raised. I am also appreciative of how valued our input is when we are collaborating on solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stitch?

The quality of work we have been given from Stitch has been above my expectations however there are times I wish we had more allocated time with them. Given how our current contract is structured we are allocated a certain about of hours with solutions architects each week and in those hours we are getting the absolute best work from Stitch and we are incredibly happy with how our partnership has blossomed. All in all, there is nothing quality wise that I am disappointed with or think Stitch needs to improve, but I wish we had more time with them on occasion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
