**What do you like best about Merkle?**

I like the people most at Merkle, not only are they great to work with but also the Merkle team(s) are very experienced to help show our clients what a best in class approach looks like to ensure success

**What do you dislike about Merkle?**

As of right now nothing comes top of mind. The only thing, if I had to select anything, is they are a little more higher priced than some of their competitiors. I don't think that is truly that bad of a traist as you pay for what you get and you pay a premium to work with some of the best experts at Merkle.

**Recommendations to others considering Merkle:**

I'd make sure you truly understand their offerings, at a whole, because they are very deep in a lot of industries with a lot of different use cases!

**What problems is Merkle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Merkle helps our clients in any step of the journey they are in from newly launching a program all the way up to improving their clients programs so they are maximizing business value and mitigating risk of a project falling flat on it's face

**What do you like best about Merkle?**

Merkle has a very good supportive team and they help in all aspects of the business with lots of features. The ideas and solutions they suggest are very useful in relation to customer experience. Also, they help to integrate and implement the solutions and are easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Merkle?**

The solutions are a little expensive and that is the downside.

**Recommendations to others considering Merkle:**

Merkle is a great company that will help you to improve the customer experience. They provide professional service and are very knowledgeable. I strongly recommend Merkle if you are looking to enhance your business.

**What problems is Merkle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Merkle enhances the customer experience and helps to maintain better customer relationships. They solve the lack of technology know-how and data analysis. It benefits by having more loyal customers and thus increasing the revenue.

**What do you like best about Merkle?**

They have good senior resources who understand the CX market well and can help during the pre as well and post-sale stages. They also do a very decent job of hand holding new customers till they are completely enabled to use it on their own

**What do you dislike about Merkle?**

Most projects unless large are led by very junior resources who don't have the required soft skills or knowledge needed to handle critical customers with kid's gloves. Senior resources only get involved after major escalations.

**What problems is Merkle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Merkle is our global solution implementation partner for our customers. They lead and own the entire journey starting from sales closure till launch and onboarding of the platform within an organisation.

The technical knowledge and I deal with Ambi based out of Sydney and she is the best in client facing discussion.

**What do you dislike about Merkle?**

most of the staff members are working from India which sometimes causes issues with my customers based out of Australia

They have in-depth technical knowledge and solve deep issues with their expertise

I get to win the customers and covert them into sales

- Full potential to understand customer data using several analytics models to rebrand B2B marketing
- 1:1 requirement fulfillment based on customized needs of business

**What do you dislike about Merkle?**

- Nothing actually. But if I need to specify anything it would be the cost

**What problems is Merkle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Merkle has been used to create a better customer experience for our B2B product. We were struggling to get better engagement due to the lack of such a product and Merkle helped to provide a better End to end solution for a redefined customer experience

They have been a great implementation partner but sometimes lack in the strategic support/direction we are looking for.

Merkle is our partner for Salesforce Marketing Cloud. They helped us through the implementation process and provide ongoing support.
