**What do you like best about CustomerFirst?**

CustomerFirst is highly effective in resolving customer issues, making it a reliable tool for customer service.

**What do you dislike about CustomerFirst?**

The one area of customer service I dislike is verbally abusive customers. I understand customers get upset and angry and often will take their frustration out on the Customer Service Representative.

**What problems is CustomerFirst solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CustomerFirst aims to resolve problems related to customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction, ultimately benefiting businesses by fostering loyalty, boosting brand reputation, and improving customer interactions.

It is very easy to use and helps in interacting with the users on a live basis and it is sustainable to use the product

**What do you dislike about CustomerFirst?**

It some times takes longer time to reload

Banking support to the customers on basis of domestic and international transaction

**What do you like best about CustomerFirst?**

CustomerFirst is a blessing to my company, where responding to customer needs in a timely manner is imperative. The main asset provided is the email integration, where customer need/complaint emails are compiled into an easy-to-use (albeit slightly old-fashioned) database, allowing employees to easily see trends and address needs promptly. 

**What do you dislike about CustomerFirst?**

The interface feels old-fashioned and clunky. Employees would prefer something a little more up-to-date feeling. Additionally, we would love to be able to label messages/complaints with tags -- that would simplify the organization of the database and allow for the opportunity to apply certain metrics, which would greatly enhance our view of customer issues. 

**Recommendations to others considering CustomerFirst:**

Absolutely take advantage of the time tracking features. It's very helpful for managing expenses for billing customers and users.


**What problems is CustomerFirst solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rapid resolution of bugs and other customer issues is the name of the game with software development. That's why we love CustomerFirst -- it enables us to keep track of such problems, identify platform inconsistencies, and stay in touch with customers until issues can be resolved. This software has gone a long way in making our business top-of-the-line in terms of customer service.
