As a newer real estate agent, I’ve been looking for ways to build my business with more modern, efficient systems from the start, and Curb Hero has been a great addition to my open house setup. I really like being able to replace the traditional paper sign-in sheet with a digital experience where visitors can quickly enter their information on their phones. I can also include questions like their timeframe to purchase and whether they need to sell a home first, which gives me helpful context before I follow up.

I use Curb Hero for open houses in real estate, and it really helps by capturing leads more accurately and directly importing them into my CRM. The app is excellent because I can modify the prompts shown when people log in. This feature is especially valuable because being able to ask if they're working with an agent or a lender helps identify which leads are strong. The initial setup was super easy, and I haven't had any issues with the app yet. I currently use it with Follow Up Boss.
