I love that Details allows the user to organize their client, the event information and design, all in one place. As a new business owner, I shopped around a few different CRM systems, and Details was far superior. I gave Details a try when I suddenly had 4 proposals to complete.The time I spent on my old proposals was cut in less than half and I was able to complete all the proposals in one night. I signed 3 of the 4 proposals! I knew I was sold as soon as I completed the first proposal and it allowed me to break down all the costs, include my own contract and build recipes for each design. Some of the recipes are incomplete, so the cost is unrealistic. A lot of them are missing greenery. Also, i think there should be a complete flower library to choose from to create recipes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the design of the presentations of the events, within the application can be a task that takes a long time, it seems to me that the templates, with which this application counts are basic, and most of the time, I must occupy a lot of space. of my time in the editing of these templates, to show the client what I really want them to see, since if I only used what I saw in the default application, I did not show everything I want to see, my recommendation is to expand the catalog of templates, make them more customizable, with more details, to be able to show what I want. I absolutely love how quick I can create a proposal that looks professional and conveys the style of wedding clearly. Calculating the pricing is amazingly quick and being able to update payment that the client can view at any time is a time saver. As a florist, what I love about the software is the look of the finish proposal, it is striking and clients have really responded to seeing their wedding come to life on the pages of their proposal. As a florist, I wish there were more pre loaded flowers and greenery in the catalog, but I am adding as I need them. When in a worksheet, I have to jump in and out frequently as I am still learning and end up needing more pictures, so I have to safe the version many times. I love that this software is a complete solution, from it's ability to create beautiful proposals on the front-end for the customer to its ability to help me manage costs and pricing on the back-end. I love how the templates are pre-formatted. My previous process of creating proposals in Excel (I was so fed up with trying to format anything in MS Office!) - this was such a headache compared to the few easy clicks of a button it takes with Details. The software only comes with a few different templates, and I guess it would be nice to have a few more included in the subscription, or a variety of styles and fonts to choose from. They make it easy enough to get a good deal on the templates though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very easy to use - and fun to "play" in! The proposal is already 90% formatted and only requires quick tweaks and image uploads to personalize for each client. Can work to generate quick proposals or very detailed ones with floral recipes, markups, etc. depending on what you need.

The training and the availability of support personnel to answer questions or schedule one on one sessions is fantastic. It also seems like Details' staff continuously works to make improvements and updates to the software. Excited to see where things are headed and what other features will be added in the new year. This is all internet based so must have a stable connection in order to perform work (sometimes seems to "Freeze" or get stuck for me, but may be my Internet). Intended for use on a laptop or desktop - not easy to navigate on mobile. I love being able to see average cost of each stem it helps me price designs accurately maximizing my profit. The invoicing feature makes everything so convenient and easy for my clients to make payments. There's not too much I dislike other than a couple little bugs after updating, but the Customer Service and the whole Details team is so helpful and quick to respond that if there is a problem it is rectified within minutes- can't ask for much more than that!
