As a new business owner, I shopped around a few different CRM systems, and Details was far superior. I gave Details a try when I suddenly had 4 proposals to complete.The time I spent on my old proposals was cut in less than half and I was able to complete all the proposals in one night. I signed 3 of the 4 proposals! I knew I was sold as soon as I completed the first proposal and it allowed me to break down all the costs, include my own contract and build recipes for each design. **What do you dislike about Details Flowers Software?** Some of the recipes are incomplete, so the cost is unrealistic. A lot of them are missing greenery. Calculating the pricing is amazingly quick and being able to update payment that the client can view at any time is a time saver. As a florist, what I love about the software is the look of the finish proposal, it is striking and clients have really responded to seeing their wedding come to life on the pages of their proposal. **What do you dislike about Details Flowers Software?** As a florist, I wish there were more pre loaded flowers and greenery in the catalog, but I am adding as I need them. When in a worksheet, I have to jump in and out frequently as I am still learning and end up needing more pictures, so I have to safe the version many times. My previous process of creating proposals in Excel (I was so fed up with trying to format anything in MS Office!) - this was such a headache compared to the few easy clicks of a button it takes with Details. **What do you dislike about Details Flowers Software?** The software only comes with a few different templates, and I guess it would be nice to have a few more included in the subscription, or a variety of styles and fonts to choose from. They dedicate 2.5 hours to training / onboarding the client and even after that, my most recent support ticket was resolved in 10 minutes or less. They are awesome. ### 6. Intended for use on a laptop or desktop - not easy to navigate on mobile. Samantha walked me through the program with a screen share and answered all 70k questions I had! **What do you dislike about Details Flowers Software?** Nothing. I would tell new users: Stick with it! There is a learning curve and setting it all up takes time. I find if I am having an issue or run into something I feel could be done better, I just call or Email Samantha, she either has a solution or lets me know the ETA for one on the way. I wish had I learned about this product sooner! Now I'm adding in all my booked 2018 events so I can place flower orders using Details. They even give you a way to accept credit card payments, I had given up on this idea not being a daily delivery florist and the expense of paying for merchant services. Peace of mind that I'm not over/under charging/ordering! It takes all that off my plate! The investment is very reasonable and once you see all the features, and all the future updates they plan, it's really a high value tool. We have had some Brides mention how wonderful looking it is. One Bride last week said that she feels very confident in my services just based on the floral paper! And she mentioned how some vendors give so much less presentation for their services. **What do you dislike about Details Flowers Software?** The ordering part on the cost page. When gathering quotes, I am getting total stem costs rather than what my wholesaler actually bills me - by the bunch - industry standard. So the prices are never true in cost. Plus it's just impressive to see your inspiration pictures on the page - shows we are listening to our couples and "get it". It helps with our work load - saves so much time on the back end ordering and using recipes. We used to have to create everything in a spreadsheet. No matter how much double checking I did, there were often errors that would have to be fixed. Which took more time! It's boosted our profits because there are less errors! The program is very visual, which is so important in this business. Additionally, if clients come in and know they want a certain color, but don't know flowers, you can just pull up florals in that specific color. So helpful! **What do you dislike about Details Flowers Software?** I wish the recipe page that we print out for designers had the price of the item, as well as all the client info and delivery places/ times on it.
