**What do you like best about CRM Service?**

First and foremost, the level of organization and efficiency that this CRM service provides is exceptional. It has transformed the way I manage customer data, interactions, and sales processes. I am salesforce developer and I know crm service is very helpful in sales process it helps the sales team to follow up more in the system and with the clients thanks for the service

**What do you dislike about CRM Service?**

I beleive that system should improve the layouts more and make it help friendly to make the sales process run more efficiently way so that my only issue in crm service

**What problems is CRM Service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

That main issue is the sales process and with crm service it helps the sales process team to make more follow ups calls and to trace the clients process which we needs

It is the best technology for managing the company's relationships and the interactions that the company has with itself customers and keep a track of all the data.

**What do you dislike about CRM Service?**

It is one of the best service and there's hardly any drawback of this tool, instead it's the best tool to manage relationships that cannot be managed on our own

It is operational, collaborative and analytical and it helps me manage all the customers and the potential customers of the organisation and very helpful to use

Sometimes there are glitches for adding name as if the name is not there stil it will show that the person eists
