"From concept to deployment in weeks: fast, structured, and collaborative"
What do you like best about Coursera for Business?

What I like best is the ability to curate, brand, and deploy high-quality training paths quickly using CourseBuilder. Coursera’s catalog offers global expertise on emerging topics like AI, with recognized micro-credentials that boost learner motivation and employability. The platform provides flexibility in structure, pacing, and integration, and the support team is highly responsive — making collaboration smooth even during tight rollouts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coursera for Business?

Some features could be enhanced to better support large-scale deployments. For example, expanded API capabilities would streamline automation for enrollment and tracking. More localized content in French would also improve accessibility for non-English-speaking learners. Lastly, greater flexibility in progress tracking and badging would help align with external systems like our LMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Shilpa Shetty C of Coursera for Business

We're glad to hear that you find Coursera for Business helpful in quickly curating and deploying high-quality training paths using CourseBuilder. Our global expertise and recognized micro-credentials aim to boost learner motivation and employability.

Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transforming Learning and Development Through Coursera"
What do you like best about Coursera for Business?

What I like best about Coursera for Business is the combination of world-class content and flexible learning paths that cater to diverse learner needs. The platform’s industry-recognized certificates add real value to learners’ careers, while the intuitive interface and strong customer support make it easy for organizations like UNIRAZAK to implement and scale learning initiatives effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coursera for Business?

While Coursera for Business offers a robust learning platform, one area for improvement could be deeper integration with some internal systems to simplify enrollment and progress tracking. Additionally, expanding more localized content and language options would help better serve diverse learners and enhance accessibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Shilpa Shetty C of Coursera for Business

It's great to hear that Coursera for Business is helping to address the challenge of providing accessible, high-quality upskilling opportunities to a diverse learner base at UNIRAZAK. "Boosting student employability through microcredentials embedded in the curriculum"
What do you like best about Coursera for Business?

What we value most about Coursera is the academic quality and diversity of its content, backed by top global institutions. The ability to integrate microcourses directly into our curriculum has been key to developing relevant competencies and strengthening our students’ employability profiles. Additionally, the tracking of progress and certifications allows us to monitor academic impact in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coursera for Business?

One of the challenges we face is the gap between registration and course completion: many students register on Coursera but do not complete the courses. This makes it difficult to track academic progress and measure real impact in terms of certification and learning. It would be helpful to have features that encourage continuity and provide early alerts on potential dropouts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Shilpa Shetty C of Coursera for Business

It's great to hear that Coursera for Business has helped you address strategic challenges such as improving student employability, updating academic content, scaling training efforts, and increasing student motivation. "Fueling Expertise & Collaboration at Our Data Consultancy"
What do you like best about Coursera for Business?

As the Information Manager for Euranova, a specialized Data & AI consultancy, what I appreciate most about Coursera is its powerful combination of high-quality, relevant content and robust platform features that support our agile learning needs. The vast catalog, especially in cutting-edge areas like AI, MLOps, and Data Science, is invaluable for keeping our consultants at the forefront. I was particularly delighted by the flexibility of the Learning Path creation tools, which allow our internal Communities of Practice (CoPs) to curate specific modules from various courses into highly targeted training for onboarding, upskilling, and even unique project handover processes. This feature has been instrumental, allowing us to blend world-class external expertise with our specific Euranova context efficiently. The platform's scalability and accessibility across our offices in Belgium, France, and Tunisia, coupled with its user-friendly interface, have led to impressive adoption rates (50% active users within 8 months) and overwhelmingly positive feedback from our team. It has also freed me up from creating foundational content to focus on more strategic L&D initiatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coursera for Business?

While Coursera's content library is extensive, an area we believe could add even more value is the expansion of dedicated exam preparation content for industry-recognized IT and Data certifications. Having more structured resources, practice exams, and labs specifically tailored to these certifications directly within learning paths would be highly beneficial for our consultants seeking formal validation of their skills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Shilpa Shetty C of Coursera for Business

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Coursera for Business! We're thrilled to hear that our platform's high-quality content and robust features have been instrumental in supporting your agile learning needs and fostering a culture of continuous and collaborative learning at Euranova.

"Empowering Team Growth with Top-Tier Courses"
What do you like best about Coursera for Business?

Coursera for Business helps our team upskill efficiently through high-quality courses from top universities. It solves the challenge of providing flexible, structured learning opportunities that align with our professional development goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coursera for Business?

Overall, the platform works well, but I think there’s room for improvement in how progress and completion rates are tracked for teams. A more detailed analytics dashboard and better reminders for ongoing courses would make it easier to keep learners engaged. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Shilpa Shetty C of Coursera for Business

"Learning with Coursera"
What do you like best about Coursera for Business?

I like the variety of content on various specialized topics, endorsed by prestigious universities or companies. It is also important to develop soft skills, which is why the platform includes various skills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coursera for Business?

What I didn't like is that some collaborators have reported to us that the task graded by artificial intelligence is not correct. Despite meeting the rubric requirements, it is marked as not accredited, and in other courses, the mentioned PDF files are not available, which makes it difficult to progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Shilpa Shetty C of Coursera for Business

We're glad to hear that you appreciate the variety of content and the inclusion of soft skills on Coursera for Business. We understand your concerns about the accuracy of AI-graded tasks and the availability of PDF files. We are constantly working to improve these aspects of the platform to ensure a better learning experience for all users.

"Great way to help your business team learn together"
What do you like best about Coursera for Business?

What I like the most about Coursera is the ability to view different categories of courses together, study and touch base with your team members. It helps increase supporting the students on their learning path yet adapts to the critical skills needed the most in the rapidly changing industry. Developing relevant skills is accelerated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coursera for Business?

Wish that the site felt more responsive and able to improve the Agilent experience. Hoping for a more modern and a more simplified setup to reduce bureaucracy with a simplified interface for collaboration in LXP and Technical Skills Development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Shilpa Shetty C of Coursera for Business
