I like the reliability of the catalog and the versatility of its AI-driven tools. Their courses come from important institutions, ensuring quality content and curricular value with certificates for students. It is useful that the courses are taught by the companies that develop the tools. The AI-driven tools are very helpful in assisting teachers with specific issues. I find role play and dialogue particularly useful, as they help students practice, develop critical thinking, and consolidate learning. The initial setup of Coursera for Business was very simple and intuitive, and it's useful that they have their own training courses. The administration tools could be improved, especially in providing more control over student invitations. Currently, students are only invited from the platform, and sometimes they don't see the email or lose it in the spam folders. I also wish there was a way to put the courses in your basket or book bag to show the courses I'm interested in but not enrolled in. I want to compare options before taking the course.
