What do you like best about Engage?
Close to real-time tracking updates for shipments. Details on exceptions when something doesn't go according to plan. Data Science models built on a wider span of carriers to more accurately predict the likelihood of on-time delivery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Engage?
Some of the data is stored incorrectly when integrating with a vendor. There are duplicate field, fields not populating etc. Ex it is hard to tell when a shipment was cancelled when looking at the shipment events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
