2. Getting it live on our website and connecting it with existing tools was smooth, without much technical back-and-forth.
3. Their support team responds quickly and shares practical fixes rather than generic replies, which makes troubleshooting easier.

At times, the chatbot struggles with complex queries and needs extra training. The analytics could be more detailed, and advanced workflow customization feels limited without technical support.
