Constant Contact is designed in a way that makes it very easy to use. Beginners can learn how to make campaigns very easily. This also makes it easy to prepare a large amount of campaigns in a limited amount of time. This is especially useful at my organization, which oversees two churches, one of which has an English and Spanish congregation. I have been using the Constant Contact system since 2018, after encouraging our company to leave MailChimp; a similar program. Constant Contact has never let me down. We are a real estate brokerage, and depend on the site to send out mailers on Listings, Price Reductions, Open Houses, Sold Properties and a Monthly Newsletter. Constant Contact offers an array of templates to choose from, and designing/customizing each template is a breeze. Everything you need is a click away on the left hand site of the template builder. The only thing I would recommend to Constant Contact is for them to allow for Videos to be moving when they are placed into a Newsletter. We have some MP4 style "gif" style images that move, and I do wish that they were able to make movement when someone is looking through the newsletter. We also have a "gif" style book that flips the pages (MP4) and I do wish I could upload that into a photo/video box and have the Book flip the pages as you're viewing. That is my only suggestion! Allowing Videos to move while on the newsletter, without having to click a still photo and then be directed to the Video website (outside of Constant contact) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Our biggest problem prior to joining Constant Contact in 2018 was that we were not getting the exposure on our listings, or to our brokerage that we were looking for. Since becoming a client of CC in 2018, countless brokerages in our area (Charleston, SC) have copied our ideas and have begun to run email marketing newsletters themselves. I've used Constant Contact for probably 15 years now in different marketing jobs throughout my career. There was a time when MailChimp had a better interface for design, but a few years ago Constant Contact stepped up its game. I didn't realize CC does SMS texting now, so that is something I will explore in 2024. It's a straightforward platform that is good for beginners as well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Constant Contact Advanced Automation? Some team members had trouble with getting 2FA working properly for their login, that process could be a bit more clear. Two small thing that has always bothered me: Uploading media: requires too many clicks to get where you want to go. You have to hit Upload twice, then select your photo from your computer, then hit insert again. It should know which one I want inserted since I just selected it/uploaded it. Adding Contacts: The Copy and Paste contacts option should come up first instead of the adding names line-by-line option, I mean really who does that? Too much room for error.
