What do you like best about Consolto?

Its all in one functionality. When I saw their marketing, I was skeptical whether they can actually integrate so many functionalities - zoom, calendly, zapier, and even a native CRM. But they have done it extremely well. Add to this the fact that it was very easy to set-up. What do you dislike about Consolto?

Honestly, nothing. I know it is a tool in the making and I am hoping it will become better. I was worried that they don't have an AI chatbot, but they just informed today that they are coming up with a beta release of the chatbot, so fingers crossed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Consolto?

Consolto offers a wide range of truly useful communication features, and I genuinely appreciate all of them. Once I set up my account, I was able to get Consolto up and running within just a few hours. Integrating it into my website was straightforward, simply copying and pasting a snippet was all it took. What do you dislike about Consolto?

I have thoroughly explored all aspects of Consolto, and I can honestly say there is nothing I dislike about it. It offers everything I need for my daily communications, whether I'm connecting with existing clients or reaching out to potential prospects. What do you like best about Consolto?

I love Consolto for its ability to connect easily with both B2B and B2C clients, even on an international scale. It greatly supports managing touchpoints with client customers and prospects, which is crucial for maintaining good customer relations. I find the platform relatively easy to use and comprehensive in features, providing everything needed for effective customer interaction, including follow-ups and managing first and mid-touch points. The immediate connection possibility with customers, coupled with an integrated booking system for when real-time interaction isn't feasible, is a significant advantage. Furthermore, the initial setup was extremely easy – Consolto stands out as a top-notch platform among multiple chat and customer service platforms I have used. What do you dislike about Consolto?

I think right now, everything is good. I don't have any issue with any of it. In fact, I think, maybe integrations would be great if there are more integrations that can be done. What do you like best about Consolto?

Customers can start video calls immediately without having to install anything. I find the AI chatbot from Consolto extremely helpful because it can answer customer inquiries directly and seamlessly forward them to an employee if necessary. This saves me a lot of time and allows me to offer more efficient services. I particularly appreciate features like the money transfer, the white label solution, and the CRM, which significantly improve and customize my business processes. The setup of Consolto was also very easy, which made starting with the system easier. All these factors together ensure that I would recommend Consolto with full marks to a friend or colleague. The widget is highly customizable. I love that it's HIPAA compliant, since this is necessary for my work. Customer service has been very supportive and helpful.
