Consolto’s hope is that with their SMB-focused conferencing solution, anyone can offer high impact, one-on-one digital services that are on par and even exceed those provided by larger organizations. The Problem According to Consolto.com, right now setting up a videochat with a client can be somewhat of an awkward process with current solutions like Zoom, Skype or Google Hangouts which were not built for business to client scenarios. They require either: Some sort of client installation -- bummer. Username/Password credentials -- where is that darn password? Sending a link or an email to connect with prospective clients -- tedious. Adding to contacts -- privacy anyone? Little to no backoffice capabilities. How’s one supposed to get any business done? Another important aspect that is poorly addressed by these solutions is their ability to manage the sessions. For example, Zoom does not save texts from chats, so important notes and insights written during sessions are lost. These types of solutions make it difficult to manage sales or consultation sessions. Consolto sees their solution as a VCRM -- a Videochat-based Customer Relationship Management platform that was designed to enhance business interactions. **What do you like best about Consolto?**

Its all in one functionality. When I saw their marketing, I was skeptical whether they can actually integrate so many functionalities - zoom, calendly, zapier, and even a native CRM. But they have done it extremely well. Add to this the fact that it was very easy to set-up. More importantly, they have a proactive customer support - I love how they check back in regularly on whether every thing is working fine.

**What do you dislike about Consolto?**

Honestly, nothing. I know it is a tool in the making and I am hoping it will become better. I was worried that they don't have an AI chatbot, but they just informed today that they are coming up with a beta release of the chatbot, so fingers crossed.

**What problems is Consolto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer connect with a difference, without relying on expensive, stand-alone tools. The most pleasing surprise in this tool is its inbuilt CRM. I did not imagine how enabling this feature is, till I used it.

Consolto offers a wide range of truly useful communication features, and I genuinely appreciate all of them. Once I set up my account, I was able to get Consolto up and running within just a few hours. Integrating it into my website was straightforward, simply copying and pasting a snippet was all it took. During the setup, I had a couple of questions, and the customer support was outstanding. I plan to use Consolto daily, including for my sales calls.

I have thoroughly explored all aspects of Consolto, and I can honestly say there is nothing I dislike about it. It offers everything I need for my daily communications, whether I'm connecting with existing clients or reaching out to potential prospects. My contacts don't have to download any software; I just share a link with them, and we can start our conversation right away. It's very convenient.

**What problems is Consolto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With just one click, I can make both audio and video calls, and my contacts don’t need to download any software, which is a major advantage. I also have the ability to record important calls, allowing me to review and extract the key points of what my clients need, so I can respond with more valuable plans. Previously, I had to rely on multiple tools to schedule meetings, make calls, and even share my screen with clients. Now, all of these tasks are seamlessly handled within a single interface using Consolto.

**What do you like best about Consolto?**

I love Consolto for its ability to connect easily with both B2B and B2C clients, even on an international scale. It greatly supports managing touchpoints with client customers and prospects, which is crucial for maintaining good customer relations. I find the platform relatively easy to use and comprehensive in features, providing everything needed for effective customer interaction, including follow-ups and managing first and mid-touch points. The immediate connection possibility with customers, coupled with an integrated booking system for when real-time interaction isn't feasible, is a significant advantage. Furthermore, the initial setup was extremely easy – Consolto stands out as a top-notch platform among multiple chat and customer service platforms I have used. I appreciate its user-friendly nature that complements its wide array of features effectively.

I think right now, everything is good. I don't have any issue with any of it. In fact, I think, maybe integrations would be great if there are more integrations that can be done. For example, I don't have Zapier, but Activepieces or Albato would be good, currently, I'm using webhooks as an alternative.

**What do you like best about Consolto?**

Customers can start video calls immediately without having to install anything. I find the AI chatbot from Consolto extremely helpful because it can answer customer inquiries directly and seamlessly forward them to an employee if necessary. This saves me a lot of time and allows me to offer more efficient services. I particularly appreciate features like the money transfer, the white label solution, and the CRM, which significantly improve and customize my business processes. The setup of Consolto was also very easy, which made starting with the system easier. All these factors together ensure that I would recommend Consolto with full marks to a friend or colleague.

The software is great. One could still expand the form with checkbox fields.

It's easy to integrate to your site and gives a professional appearance to customer service/support.  The ability to engage with a human in such an easy manner is truly helpful with less barrier for potential clients.

Need more details on HIPAA and HITRUST but that could be something that is in the works - I'm still a relatively new user.  They do offer BAA.

It is providing my agency the opportunity to elevate the client experience for those seeking coaching and psychotherapy services.  It is also allowing for a more personal response with staff available to join a call on-demand.  The ability to tailor the hours and functionality is also helpful.

Consolto is easy to set up, easy to use, and provides a quick way for potential and current clients to communicate with me. It provides multiple ways for me to interact with clients. The widget is highly customizable. I love that it's HIPAA compliant, since this is necessary for my work. Customer service has been very supportive and helpful.

There really isn't much I dislike. If I had to pick something, it's that I can't figure out how to lower the volume of notification sounds independent of other sounds on my system. It seems like they can only be turned on and off.

We have noticed users are more likely to submit info on the webforms and wait for a human reply than to use our chatbot that may be able to assist them. I like that Consolto puts the real human employees right there on the website. 

We can group employees into departments. Customer Support, Sales, Etc.

Employees can easily share views with customers.

We can view the internal/client facing views simultaneously to make setting it up simple.

HIPPA Compliant!

Consolto helps us manage and oversee website communications with employee recordings. 

We use it every day. It was simple to install and set up.

I have not found anything I do not like so far.

**What do you like best about Consolto?**

When we first purchased and installed Consulto, we were big fans. It is a way that website visitors can do instant chat (typical on many websites) or do an instant video meeting (like Zoom or Teams.) However, it didn't really work. Very few people actually requested the instant video chat. (Less than .01% of visitors.) Even though the service didn't work for us, I was still a big fan of the company and the technology... That is... until I tried to cancel the service.

**What do you dislike about Consolto?**

When you sign up for the service, you agree to an annual subscription on auto-renew. We paid for a full year of service upfront, but the service never really worked for us. So, after a month or so, we pulled it off our website and canceled the service. 10 months later, I received an invoice for the next year. Seconds later, I received a receipt from PayPal for the $1100 charge. I sent an email to them and received a response saying that I could cancel the service at any time from inside my account. I logged in to the account but my account wasn't active (I had canceled the service almost a year ago.) There we no invoices or charges on the account. So, there seemed to be some disconnect between their website and their PayPal account. I responded back to the email saying that I didn't have an active account and to please refund the fee. (Keep in mind, this is the fee for the FUTURE year, not for past service.) I received no response. So, I filed a dispute with PayPal. A week later, I got an email from the CEO, , apologizing for the delay and saying he was on holiday. He said he would look into it. A few days later, he replied back saying that he didn't usually give refunds, but in this case, he would if I removed the PayPal dispute. The response seemed odd. As we exchanged emails back and forth, the cordial nature changed dramatically. I began to get angry because although they had promised to refund the fee, they never did. Eventually, the CEO sent me an email saying, that I was rude by sending an email to his team  saying "Please cancel and refund." The whole process was very frustrating. So, far, I still haven't received a refund for the future year of service.

Hard to say dislike because I'm sure they will add it in the future soon but the ability to have multiple people in the Meeting. But given the several other advantages; that is a small price to pay.

It is solving; scheduling conflicts, client follow-up, documentation (internal/external), helping with an increase of sales, client feedback, and even training staff for compliance.

Appointment scheduling is a handy feature, and for those interested it is even possible to manage payments directly in the tool.
Team members can respond to customers simultenaously.
It's easy to use and install.
You can go without website thanks to their click'n'talk page.

Points to improve, but already planned in the roadmap:
- languages of the backend (only English for now)
- create different widgets/team widgets for various sites (for the moment, all websites have the same widget) ---> big point of improvement needed! They plan to implement sub-account management for this.
- also, you can only create one team for the moment (also essential improvement needed)

**What problems is Consolto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Working remotely while being closer to your customers
- The ability to share the screen, send and receive files
- Recording of face-to-face video chats so as not to forget anything and to be able to transcribe the conversation (transcription is planned in the roadmap, but another tool can be used for this in the immediate future)
- The customer can reach us in different ways (video, voice message, live chat, messenger, WhatsApp) and even make an appointment!

Chat center dashboard could use a refresh. Names of the visitors get cut off, only displaying a small portion. I had some trouble with sound for alert notifications, but support helped with that. Their app for Andriod is not quite ready for prime time yet as it causes some issues. They are working on a fix.

A very nice solution for converting web traffic to customer!

In a world where time is money, time-saving tools like Consolto are essential for my productivity. I love that Consolto allows me to have live video chats with my customers from my website. This tool helps me to reach out to customers and provide a more personal experience. The lightweight CRM functionality also enables you to see how visitors are engaging with your website in real-time and also capture leads. Also, if you don't have a website, Consolto provides you with a microsite for communicating with prospective customers. Consolto is easy to use and light on my budget. Consolto makes it very quick and easy to connect with interested parties in a fraction of the time it takes to set up a zoom meeting. Visitors can communicate via their platform of choice in one click, and you can share direct links that bring the person you want to chat with right to your website, which boosts analytics as far as visitor time on a website. The developers thought long and hard about Consolto's design!

So far, you can only meet one-on-one, and the mobile experience is lacking, but a mobile app and group meetings are the following priorities for the Consolto team.

**What do you like best about Consolto?**

Firstly, it is one of the best UI and UX I have seen in a long time! UI is modern and elegant, while the UX is nicely organised considering how detailed and powerful the platform is. Makes communication with customers very easy and streamlined. Whether it is for consultations or general communication, it ticks all the boxes. Depending on your License Tier, you can also accept payments via the platform for consultations, which is super handy! I like how it allows us to connect multiple channels, which we can show or hide as per our needs. The video quality is mostly clear and smooth. The option to schedule a date and time when one is offline is also a thoughtful implementation. I believe this is one of a kind platform and the team behind it is amazing! The product roadmap looks top-notch and a mobile app is on the way... wow!

**What do you dislike about Consolto?**

There is nothing that I dislike at the moment however there is always room for improvement. One thing that needs to be improved is the system resources it uses. Sometimes on a video call my MacBook Pro gets a bit hot and the fans turn on full blast. I understand that it is a complex system as a results uses more system resources, but some improvement and optimisation in this area is a good idea.

You can set up multiple channels for communication, apart from video, you also have audio calling, live chat, whatsapp etc. A very robust platform for online communication. If you use Zoom and Google Meet, you should definitely try this. The scheduling feature is another great one, so you dont miss any customer and prevent all the back and forth emails to schedule a date and time. Your customers/site visitors can simply schedule a meeting. Icing on the cake is that they can send multiple dates/times so you can pick what best works for you! If you have anything to do with consultations or are on the edge... you should try this for sure. I am sure you will like it.

Consolto combines Zoom and Meeting Scheduling Calendar in one platform. In alternatives, once you schedule a meeting. A Zoom link is sent by email and you might lose the client after they have to wait "X" of time. With Consolto, you can immediately call Video Call or Audio Call the person right then and there, and if they're not available, you can always schedule a time to talk.

The interface is very clean and very easy to set up. It does have customizable features like colors, logo etc.

I have it set up on multiple websites, and there's no way at the moment to set it up differently on each site. Whatever you choose for branding is what it will be on every website. Fully this will be customizable for each website in the future.

If you're able to afford this, you will not go wrong. It will pay for itself by not losing customers because customers will search for others if they can't get a hold of you right away..

I like that I am welcome with a very clean user interface and the logical workflow in Consolto. It took me just a few clicks to set up the widget on my website, ready for customers to connect with my staff by video call.

I like that it is very easy for customers to schedule a video call with Consolto. They are offer a super convenient calendar for the booking, and the feedbacks I heard from some users are that it is one of the most convenient meeting scheduling widgets they have ever used.

Consolto also allow two-way bookings: customers can send calendar request, and agents can invite customers to the call. Extremely convenient and not very easy to find.

The dashboard of Consolto is neatly arranged, with upcoming schedule in the upper right, and statistics in the left, facilitating an easy and effective monitoring of the calls via the widget.

From the dashboard, it is very easy to customize the widget, including styling and coloring, arrangement. This is lovable.

**What do you dislike about Consolto?**

I don't know if it is only me, but some of my first accesses to Consolto was a bit slow (maybe because my Internet is not good, but may be because Consolto was overloaded sometimes?). However feedbacks from my customers were that they can access the ClickNTalk page easily without delay, so I guess it is not a big issue.

I also did not like the dark bars layout in the settings - for me it somehow looks outdated. But it may only a personal preference.

I have been looking long for a combined solution, allowing for easy booking of virtual meetings and at the same time allowing the virtual meeting itself.

I had separate solutions, like Book-Like-A-Boss for booking, and Crikle for meeting. Yet none of them is a good combined solution for both.

Therefore, I am so happy to find Consolto. It is a 2-in-1 weapon, and it makes it very easy for both jobs.

I am even happier to find that it is possible to have 2-ways meeting arrangement, both by my staff and / or my customers. It is second to none!

The process of setting up/integrating the whole platform with the website or even a web page is tremendously straight forward and the documentation and video guides are just awesome! The combination of communication channels and features is very useful. I was able to install very quickly and test new products much faster. And I like that agents can manage their own accounts. Its rich and versatile features. And, the out-of-this-world responsiveness of the developer in supporting it. The Payment model is superbly flexible and gives the user the flexibility to arrange as per the requirement.

The analytics dashboard can be much more enhanced to see the user time activities, but the existing dashboard is more than ok to start with. **What do you like best about Consolto?**

Consolto covers all the needs which online chat widget should cover. Nothing more, nothing less. Exactly what i need. Looks contemporary. Support is fast and kind. Video calls quality is awesome and it works ultra fast.

**What do you dislike about Consolto?**

Unable to make 100% translation into Russian language yet. But thats gonna be fixed soon.

**What problems is Consolto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communicating with clients via online chat and/or video calls. The conversion rates bumped up after installing Consolto.
