Their team arrived on time, followed strict access protocols, and kept us informed at every step. The digital documentation and real-time service tracking were particularly impressive and aligned well with our expectations from enterprise vendors. They understood the sensitivity of working around technology infrastructure and adjusted their treatment accordingly, minimizing risk while maximizing effectiveness. Their follow-up process, post-treatment audit, and safety assurances gave our teams full confidence. For high-security, operationally intensive environments, Compu-Pest proved to be a partner we could rely on without micromanagement. **What do you dislike about Compu-Pest?** The only area for improvement was scheduling flexibility. We operate in a 24/7 environment, and it took a few rounds to coordinate an ideal service window.
