They are quick to answer questions and provide help. **What do you dislike about Pocomos?** Technology is not a strength of mine. So, it takes time for someone of my skill level to get comfortable with a new program. The Team at Pocomos has been great to help increase my skill. **What problems is Pocomos solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have experienced several benefits with Pocomos. First, we have created forms which our State legally requires. Second, we are able to communicate with our customers in a variety of ways with Pocomos- email, text, send invoices, and receive payments.
