**What do you like best about Complete?**

Having worked with a number of talent/HR systems, Complete has been hands down the easiest one yet. Within minutes, we have customizable portals for our candidates and a way to collaborate with our hiring teams. It even caught the attention of our CTO who wanted more visibility in new hires at the company. We've been so impressed by the team's product development and new features that are always one step ahead of what we're hoping for. They also have a lot of great templates that made it easy for the whole team to work with and get started really quickly.

**What do you dislike about Complete?**

Nothing! The tool is much easier to use than what we used to do, and keeps things simple and organized

**What problems is Complete solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Complete makes it easy to manages the different templates & comp packages across the team. It also helps us catch errors that inevitably can arise in the process. Complete makes my life easier every day.

**What do you like best about Complete?**

We've used Complete since we were 5 employees and it continues to help us stand out as a company with candidates and employees as we've grown to 30+. The product elegantly presents our offer package, helping prospective employees navigate the offer process by helping them fully understand their total compensation including salary, equity, benefits. It also presents our team and mission, accurately presenting the offer decision as more than purely a monetary decision.

Their team is extremely responsive and for the few issues we ran into during our 2+ years of use were all patched with software updates within minutes.

**What do you dislike about Complete?**

Nothing! We are happy Complete users and are excited to leverage more of the Complete platform!

**What problems is Complete solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Complete allows us to clearly show the total value of our offers, from salary, equity, benefits, to intangibles such as team and mission, helping us present a compelling offer package to employees and win them over.

**What do you like best about Complete?**

I've never worked in comp before and didn't realize the importance of communicating the value of equity and my company's goals until becoming a CEO. Complete allowed us to stand out with candidates that had 3+ competing offers and was so easy to use. The customization was all self-serve and I used the analytics to monitor the most competitive candidates. I had used spreadsheets before to explain comp, but the reactions I got from our now employees is just night and day! Complete's UI is not overwhelming and the definitions save me time in the short and long term too.

**What do you dislike about Complete?**

I had some suggestions on the UX that the team resolved the same day!

**What problems is Complete solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy comp management for CEOs and boards. My time and $ saved. It is also exciting when employees see that we investment in an equitable approach from the very early days too.

**What do you like best about Complete?**

Our client was eager to use Complete to increase their comp transparency, and Complete made it easy for do permissions and access without the need for maintaining several different spreadsheets. We launched views for employees, managers, and admins -- including the CEO -- in a few weeks. We were able to onboard quickly and even did a high level training for managers on how to use the product effectively too -- without needing to maintain 10+ different spreadsheets anymore. The support from their team was great all along.

They are launching new features and requires staying on top of the new launches to enable them for your team.

**What problems is Complete solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Complete manages comp transparency in a headache-free way for our customer's employees and managers to make comp decisions quickly.

**What do you like best about Complete?**

Incredibly user-friendly, we consistently receive excellent feedback from candidates, internal staff, and managers regarding their overall experience. Accessing levels, bands, employee information, and offer data in a centralized platform enables us to make more informed decisions. Additionally, the team excels in rapidly introducing innovative features!

**What do you dislike about Complete?**

Nothing really, the Complete team has been great to work with and they build quickly for new feature requests!

**What problems is Complete solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Complete facilitates seamless collaboration in crafting compensation decisions, spanning from leveling to our geographic pay strategy. This capability empowers us to strategically plan for the business's bottom line, effectively overseeing our most significant expenditure, which is headcount.

**What do you like best about Complete?**

Our team is more educated about equity about how to talk about it which is really critical as a startup, Complete makes compensation easier to collaborate on with our CEO and co-founders and also equips our managers with all the context they need on bands and levels to make educated long term decisions. This has been critical for us a company that operates across many different countries.

Nothing comes to mind. We love using Complete.

Complete allows us to be proactive about solving compensation problems which makes me and the entire executive team more confident about our growth.

**What do you like best about Complete?**

As an early stage startup, we know people join for the team, culture, and impact of their work and Complete has the best way of showing that to candidates in a personalized way, especially when we're focused on top talent. The platform is clearly built with a lot of thought and flexibility and allows my team to save time at the most crucial point in the recruiting process.

Nothing to dislike about, the team has Slack support that is awesome!

**What do you like best about Complete?**

Complete made it easy to explain the longer term business goals and equity growth. As a founder, I'm always looking for ways to compete with public companies without confusing candidates or employees. It was so easy to get this set up and stand out amongst all the startups. I can't recommend it enough! Also: it was so easy to customize to match our startup's brand and values.

Not really... they are really quick to check in and make sure we were using the product effectively.

**What do you like best about Complete?**

We onboarded to Complete within a few days and had candidates and employees who loved it immediately. On the offer side, we had same day acceptances from the clarity of the presentation. For our internal team, we felt more confident talking through our equity and benefits strategy to make sure we were leading with the best education and improving retention longer term. We love working with the team and appreciate their transparency with their roadmap.

Nothing, they are very quick to respond and built a lot of the features we were hoping for.

It's very easy to use and candidates love it. We've saved a ton of time for both candidates internal hiring managers by having a clear and easy to digest way to communicate our offers and compensation philosophy. Our team is always so excited to use Complete with candidates!

Nothing comes to mind. The team is always super fast with feedback.

**What do you like best about Complete?**

International support: this was very easy to use for our international team and helped us explain equity in places where it was a new concept
Overall UX is excellent and makes the offer more compelling for our candidates.

**What do you dislike about Complete?**

nothing! so far, it's been great. We needed more flexibility on stock option plans and they delivered fast.

Complete helps me stand out when sending an offer and shows the granular details behind an offer mixing salary, equity and bonuses over time.

I've used Complete as both a new hire and an admin. The tool makes it easy to communicate the value of our comp package and benefits. It also makes it easy to create internal comp bands and approval flows. It provides a great candidate experience

Nothing. It's great. Highly recommended for companies of any size, but startups would likely benefit the most

**What do you like best about Complete?**

It's a very easy and convenient tool to socialize Comp offers with candidates before we make them sign the offer officially. It is much better than verbally articulating the offer than showing the stock projections using the Complete tool.

Closing candidates by articulating the offer details before they agree to sign the offer officially. Its better than socialising the offer details verbally

**What do you like best about Complete?**

Complete is a gamechanger for startups. It's easy to navigate as a CEO with very fast support and feature development.

**What do you dislike about Complete?**

Nothing right now! The team has been very responsive and helpful to us!

**What problems is Complete solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We went from having nothing to structure our comp to having fully developed comp bands, education, and merit cycles be solved for us. We are able to answer comp questions for our employees in a super timely and confident manner.
