Having worked with a number of talent/HR systems, Complete has been hands down the easiest one yet. Within minutes, we have customizable portals for our candidates and a way to collaborate with our hiring teams. It even caught the attention of our CTO who wanted more visibility in new hires at the company. We've been so impressed by the team's product development and new features that are always one step ahead of what we're hoping for. The product elegantly presents our offer package, helping prospective employees navigate the offer process by helping them fully understand their total compensation including salary, equity, benefits. It also presents our team and mission, accurately presenting the offer decision as more than purely a monetary decision.

I've never worked in comp before and didn't realize the importance of communicating the value of equity and my company's goals until becoming a CEO. Complete allowed us to stand out with candidates that had 3+ competing offers and was so easy to use. The customization was all self-serve and I used the analytics to monitor the most competitive candidates. I had used spreadsheets before to explain comp, but the reactions I got from our now employees is just night and day!
