What do you like best about Complete?

Having worked with a number of talent/HR systems, Complete has been hands down the easiest one yet. Within minutes, we have customizable portals for our candidates and a way to collaborate with our hiring teams. It even caught the attention of our CTO who wanted more visibility in new hires at the company. We've been so impressed by the team's product development and new features that are always one step ahead of what we're hoping for. What do you like best about Complete?

We've used Complete since we were 5 employees and it continues to help us stand out as a company with candidates and employees as we've grown to 30+. The product elegantly presents our offer package, helping prospective employees navigate the offer process by helping them fully understand their total compensation including salary, equity, benefits. It also presents our team and mission, accurately presenting the offer decision as more than purely a monetary decision.

What do you like best about Complete?

I've never worked in comp before and didn't realize the importance of communicating the value of equity and my company's goals until becoming a CEO. Complete allowed us to stand out with candidates that had 3+ competing offers and was so easy to use. The customization was all self-serve and I used the analytics to monitor the most competitive candidates. I had used spreadsheets before to explain comp, but the reactions I got from our now employees is just night and day! What do you like best about Complete?

Our client was eager to use Complete to increase their comp transparency, and Complete made it easy for do permissions and access without the need for maintaining several different spreadsheets. We launched views for employees, managers, and admins -- including the CEO -- in a few weeks. We were able to onboard quickly and even did a high level training for managers on how to use the product effectively too -- without needing to maintain 10+ different spreadsheets anymore. Complete made it easy to explain the longer term business goals and equity growth. As a founder, I'm always looking for ways to compete with public companies without confusing candidates or employees. It was so easy to get this set up and stand out amongst all the startups.
