What do you like best about Complete?

I've never worked in comp before and didn't realize the importance of communicating the value of equity and my company's goals until becoming a CEO. Complete allowed us to stand out with candidates that had 3+ competing offers and was so easy to use. The customization was all self-serve and I used the analytics to monitor the most competitive candidates. I had used spreadsheets before to explain comp, but the reactions I got from our now employees is just night and day! We onboarded to Complete within a few days and had candidates and employees who loved it immediately. On the offer side, we had same day acceptances from the clarity of the presentation.
