At this point absolutely nothing - the entire purpose of the tool is to generate leads and they have been actively hiding our leads and not notifying us of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Having been with them for over 7 years, they have doubled the billing and added virtually no new features since we first signed up.
They have however introduced caps and set their response limits to include incomplete responses.
Anyone versed in chatbot lead gen, knows that one of the most effective ways to incite a chat is to have an initial yes/no question button to click as the first initial pop up. Well guess what, a large number of users will click the Yes/No to try and close the window too and you get charged for that.
To top it off, today we have discovered that we've not received a huge volume of high ticket leads because Collect.Chat have blocked them. Have they emailed the primary billing email to alert that they are being suppressed? NO. Have they released the emails when the next billing period rolls over, NO.
Plenty of other options out there and this has cost us thousands in lost business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
