"After Implementation of Collect Chat We Found New Clients"

What do you like best?

The new way of answering the questions that you have to play with your mice to give the answer the question in the form of yes and no. or whatsoever options according to the website allows for easy to use and interactive way of chat.

What do you dislike?

I think there should be a live chat option too. If someone wants to use it. So many sites think for the live support so with live support and the default features of Collect Chat can give the edge to the customer.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

For those who're not using Collect Chat for them I want to say please take 1 month subscription and you will take the another subscription for the year definitely. For the first time I think you have to take it for one month.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We're using it for support if clients have the problem related with any of the important domain such as business, technical support, HR, and other queries. For that it will easy solution. And we're taking advantage of it.

"Best Conversational Marketing Software On The Market Right Now"

What do you like best?

CollectChat is a joy to use and there's almost no learning curve.

Setting up dozens of chatbots, copying/reusing past campaigns, customizing a bot's appearance & behavior and - most importantly - sending the collected data from the bot to 3rd party apps via Zapier is very intuitive.

The customer support is amazing. Questions are answered promptly and feature requests are being taken seriously. Reliability and responsiveness are the most important aspects when choosing a software provider and Collect Chat really shines in that regard.

What do you dislike?

The only thing that's missing is the ability to gradually capture information. As of right now, we can only send captured information to a webhook after every single question in a conversation flow has been answered by a user. It would be beneficial for more complex use cases or longer conversations to be able to send data to a webhook multiple times within a single conversation in order to not miss out on leads who may are interested but may have (un)intentionally not clicked on the very last button in a conversation with a bot.

We're using CollectChat to capture leads and increase the conversion rate of traditional websites and even landing pages. The use cases are really only limited to one's imagination but the most common ones are replacing web forms and pop-ups with bots.

Chatbots are a great way to beat banner blindness and engage users in a new way.

"Simple, easy-to-use conversational marketing chat bot"

What do you like best?

Collect.chat is easy and straightforward to use. No hassle whatsoever to get it running on almost any website. It is very easy to get started and to implement easy rule-based processes for inbound lead generation. Price is good.

What do you dislike?

On the basic subscription, there is not much room to change the design or branding of the widget - but I believe that's fair. Also, it would be great if the bot was a little more intelligent at times and could do more than following rule-based systems.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure to go through a good due diligence process to find out what exactly you need. If you are a large business with very defined needs for features and processes you should potentially consider a larger vendor.

"Fluent and lightning fast chat widget"

What do you like best?

collect.chat integration to websites is as easy as possible. The setup was simple and quick and what we liked most about it was the modern and engaging chat experience that many customers loved, it's not too blunt and a happy way to interact. Definitely has boosted our sales by interacting with clients.

What do you dislike?

Their pricing strategy is a bit on the weak side, while we loved it's free and understandable but only one of their higher tiers allows us to remove the branding and it has added up quite a bit after having it on lots of websites.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We needed a quick and easy way to integrate a chat experience into our websites that looks self coded, unlike a facebook chat.

"Powerful and flexible chatbot, no coding needed"

What do you like best?

The drag and drop visual builder for creating the chatbot logic. Very easy to use and lots of power between zapier integrations and all the collection/chat message types. They also have a lot of pre-built templates so you don't have to start from scratch.

What do you dislike?

There is no live chat option, so you cannot have an option to bring in a human and convert to a live conversation if the person wants. That would be the only thing to dislike about Collect.chat.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Spend time planning out the chat bot script for the various areas of your website before you start to work in Collect.chat so you have a better idea of the desired script/outcome.

Having a 24/7 sales and support person essentially via a bot. This allows users to get the information they need without having to submit an email and wait for an answer.

What do you like best?

That you can create a bot with the information given within the chat that is specific to the clients needs and therefore generate more targeted leads

What do you dislike?

I feel that there is not a lot to dislike about this application/website as they are on top of the game at the moment.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would reccomend looking into new features of programmes within the market and then asking questions to the people within this chat

We are solving the lead path for clients by helping them to narrow down their customer base and then re-market them accordingly by using the advice that was given on this platform

"Smart and Easy Solution"

What do you like best?

I searched for a simple and fast solution for a Chatbot and found it in collect.chat. The price is ok and the possibilities are endless.

What do you dislike?

I like everthing. It would prefer that i could integrate my CRM directly and not over i.e. Leadsbridge.

What do you like best?

I love how simple it was to set up and install!

What do you dislike?

I think the "Not using Collect.chat yet?" branding should be at the top of the chat window.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I love how this brings in more leads than a static online form. We've always relied on customers to complete a form on our website to request a quote. After creating and installing this chat bot, we immediately began receiving more leads.

What do you like best?

I like how easy it has become to get leads from Collect.chat

Definitely, it has increased my leads by 50%.

What do you dislike?

I believe UX of dashboard need to be little friendly. And I am looking for more features in the future. :)

"A free and an awesome tool"

What do you like best?

the best thing I liked about this subscriber collection tool is that it is free and it can integrate to facebook pixel as well. I would strongly recommend it

What do you dislike?

As such I do not dislike anything, I tried to integrate collect.chat with email marketing tool, however, I failed to find one.

What do you like best?

it is very easy to implement, smooth in use can train it very easily

Can be bit more logical

should have option to answer intelligently on key words base search similar to google search engine

there should be some developer console to improve this product
