**What do you like best about Coffee?**

The standout advantage for us is the automatic data entry. Coffee.ai connects seamlessly with our Google Suite, so every email and calendar invite is automatically captured and enhanced within the CRM. This feature has proven to be extremely useful, and our team really appreciates it.

Additionally, the AI-generated meeting summaries and follow-up email drafts are extremely valuable. They help ensure that no action items are missed and significantly reduce the time we spend on post-meeting administrative tasks.

**What do you dislike about Coffee?**

I do not dislike anything about the product but I look forward to having access to more enhanced call intelligence capabilities.

**What problems is Coffee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coffee.ai is a game-changer for anyone in sales who is tired of spending hours on manual data entry. It is a genuine AI-first CRM built to automate the most time consuming parts of the sales process which leaves more time to focus on revenue generating activities
