**What do you like best about CodeMetro?**

It’s simplistic , I keeps my consumers session in order. It’s so easy to receive signatures , record time stamp and make any changes that occurred throughout the day 

**What do you dislike about CodeMetro?**

I think if it had a fingerprint access would be great! I use a tablet so i understand that would not be accessible but maybe on the phone when I occasionally do login through . 

**What problems is CodeMetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization and record for sessions. When we render the signatures there is a geolocation under time and it ensures that the therapist was at the location . Also time and date stamps for signatures captured

I can obtain digital signatures easily and reliably

System is down for updates more often than acceptable

My company uses code metro to sync work schedules and obtain verification of hours worked

**What do you like best about CodeMetro?**

It's convenient on an app so can be mobile, makes it easy to record times and get validated by clients. Easy to understand. 

**What do you dislike about CodeMetro?**

Crashes often, time doesn't save often when entering, so need to enter all information again. Also, needs to "lock" timesheets before deadline which is sometimes annoying when times are correct and needs to be fixed by supervisor.

**What problems is CodeMetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving recording timesheets and fraud with timesheets with staff and clients. Knows when we are scheduled to work with clients by supervisors, all in one app convenient. Makes it easier to be paid on time and reviewed by both staff and supervisor! Good app and idea, but just needs to stop crashing all the time when I'm trying to submit times. Also , whenever I log in, it always says "Updating..." a few minutes before it actually logs me in.

User friendly over other scheduling systems I've used for ABA company.

**What do you dislike about CodeMetro?**

Our company never used the platform to it's full capacity.

Scheduling, payroll, and HR info were used on CodeMetro.
