It lets you easily see important factors for the loans **What do you dislike about Fiserv Engagement Advantage?** Having to manually enter loan information is difficult. I also dislike having to load two loans for one loan with two mortgages **What problems is Fiserv Engagement Advantage solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping track of loans and loading incoming loans. I used this to load new bankruptcy filings ### 2. It allows you to easily enter journal entries and generate a variety of financial reports. Even though it has most of the functions you need you are also capable of syncing it with other software if you are in a specialized industry. It's ability to import this other data is really strong and causes no issues with the reports being run. You can also have additional features like accounts payable to make it even more comprehensive. **What do you dislike about Fiserv Engagement Advantage?** What I really dislike most is the interface because despite how good the functions are, it is not the most user friendly. The basic menu doesn't really provide the best description of what's in section. In each section there are so many tiers of reports and data entry windows that it sometimes difficult to find what you need. As a personal pet peeve the pictures of the buttons don't really accurately represent what their function is. **Recommendations to others considering Fiserv Engagement Advantage:** If you can get past the sub-par interface then you get to use a really good software that will meet your needs. If you ever have any issues the customer support have been very responsive. **What problems is Fiserv Engagement Advantage solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a comprehensive general ledger software it allows you to do everything you need for accounting in one place. The financial statements and reports that it can generate are extremely helpful and allow you to easily assess the current entity, Using these we have been capable of seeing the month to month and year to year changes and impact. ### 3. I’ve had few technical problems but customer service was very helpful in resolving my issues. **What do you dislike about Fiserv Engagement Advantage?** I’m currently using the product. I’ve had no problems. **What problems is Fiserv Engagement Advantage solving and how is that benefiting you?** I’ve realized that the administration unique way of solving problems. If they aren’t aware of the solution. They will connect you to the right department. ### 4.
