
I like the automation, how tasks are assigned to the appropriate user base on the category. I also love the updates, every time there is one is more efficient. I also like that you have control on how you want your tasks to be set up and is very easy to use and learn. Customer Support is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that daisyBill records a payment of a specific amount base on what the insurance approved. But daisyBill does not recognize that the actual payment is of a different amount. So it creates a extra task. Of course I know is not 100 daisyBill issue is more of the insurance, but it will be nice if it will recognize those things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
