What do you like best about FileHandler Enterprise?

I think our acocunt manager is very responsive to answering questions and resolving problems. I like that we've been able to customize the system to our unique needs. The reporting tool is very impressive, once all of the necessary fields are available on a specific report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FileHandler Enterprise?

I wish we had more autonomy in building reports. If my reporting teams needs to add certain fields to a report that aren't already included in the SQL query or stored procedure, they have to go through our account rep. Coming from Crystal Reports, we were used to having full access to the data base which enables us to make report modifications immediately without external assistance. The filehandler system is easily configurable to meet our constantly changing business needs. Additionally, the dedicated team is readily available to assist with questions or troubleshoot various system specific items. Lastly, the entire team made the implementation appear to be seamless. FHE is perfect for one-stop claim handling. No need to work in multiple programs and the system continues to work even when you are offline with the report scheduler. Such a time saver!

Our out-of-the-box FHE attachments section limits individual attachments to 99 MB; if you are interested in our Doc Management Module, please talk to your dedicated support person. Our Doc Management Module allows users to annotate attachments and much more.

Modification to data base with supporting reports can be complecated.

Financial Reporting to comply with NAIC Statement Blank standards requires manual manipulation of data outside software. for period specific data.
