Everything was very professional. No issues.

**What problems is ClozeLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a team with various levels of experience and the SDR Program lacked consistent training.
Cory and the team worked with us to plan a full refresh of outbound/inbound daily activites, daily playbooks, onboarding documents, and skills expectations. They also worked with me to ensure alignment with our marketing and sales partners withing our organization so that the SDR could make the largest positive impact possible.
The remote leadership training was good too!

The in-person training was a huge benefit for really nailing down the skills we needed to work; great experience for the team as well.

**What do you like best about ClozeLoop?**

The methodology that's taught and the emphasis on a good discovery. Asking the right questions is extremely beneficial. I saw the sales team level up their discovery process.

**What do you dislike about ClozeLoop?**

I haven't engaged with the training enough to be able to answer this question.

**Recommendations to others considering ClozeLoop:**

Take a look at Cory's books, there is a lot of valuable content in his books. Try some of the techniques and then you will have more specific questions for Cory and his team during the Clozeloop training.

**What problems is ClozeLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A previous company I worked at implemented ClozeLoop training. I was not a part of the sales team, but I did help the sales team on difficult demos as a subject matter expert. I saw a marked difference in how the sales team handled discovery and how they engaged with the prospect. Before the Clozeloop training, I would jump in on demos and guide the demo, and after the Clozeloop training, I found there was less of a need for me to jump in. I could be a fly on the wall for the demos and answer the technical questions. It helped equip the sales team with a good framework.

They are processionals at what they do. They offer different solutions for businesses. The customer service is good and they seem to help. I appreciate the help they gave.

**What do you dislike about ClozeLoop?**

Nothing. I can't think of anything bad to say. They seem to be good all around. I can definitely recommend them to anyone. I guess their web site could load faster.

They helped solve a training issue that my business was missing. Through their solutions I was able to make my business more productive. I learned a lot from their services.

ClozeLoop's Triangle selling approach is not geared around changing your approach to selling, it's all geared around changing how you communicate/have a conversation with someone who may need your help. I know I will be implementing their frameworks so I can solve a customer's pain by being relatable, prioritizing, and being acute with our solution.

**What do you like best about ClozeLoop?**

You understand a consistent and repeatable process to start and finish every meeting. This enables you to understand their pain, understand the impact of that pain, and enabling you to pitch/demo to that pain. In turn, winning more deals and growing the account.

**What do you dislike about ClozeLoop?**

Nothing off the top of my head. It was very much geared towards role-playing and practicing the great material.

**What problems is ClozeLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling next steps by teeing up possible next steps at the beginning of the call, closing deals faster by focusing on pain, and using the grow framework to grow/ensure your continued success

My last company hired ClozeLoop to help train our sales team. We were a SaaS-based company in the aviation industry. Most of our sales were fairly technical, selling against an incumbent who was way bigger and had been in the industry longer and had an average deal size of around $10k.

**What do you like best about ClozeLoop?**

I liked the frameworks they provide to sales reps, especially reps who are doing their own demos and going deeper into the sales process (i.e., closing). By studying the frameworks and incorporating them into my sales discussions, I could uncover obstacles more easily. Instead of my usual "show and tell," the prospects were telling me what they liked about our system and how they could see themselves using it in their operation.

This fundamental change gave me more command of the sales process, confidence that my prospects would show up to the next call, and improved my win rate.

**What do you dislike about ClozeLoop?**

I don't have much that I dislike. I noticed some reps would complain that these frameworks don't work as "scripts." They're more dynamic than scripts, so if that's the approach you're hoping for, this may not be a good fit.

We're a SAAS company with a sales team of about 45 people. We went through the online course with Hillmon and his team, and then Hillmon came to our location and did 2 days of training with us.

**What do you like best about ClozeLoop?**

We just finished the ClozeLoop training with Hillmon and it was amazing. Typically, after a training like this my brain is fried and I'm exhausted because you're just memorizing new things and reviewing paperwork. But in this case, Hillmon made it fun and interactive....and because of the role plays and the fact that everyone in our group was incorporated into the training in some way, it was easy to integrate new concepts into our current workflows. The training itself is well thought out and can be applied to every situation. If you're looking for an impactful and modern sales training approach, this is it.

**What do you dislike about ClozeLoop?**

The only thing that will take some time to learn is all of the different acronyms incorporated into the ClozeLoop sales training.

To get the most out of the training, you need to make sure and do all of the prework.

We're focused on increasing our Set Rate and Close Rate for the sales team.

ClozeLoop was hired by our company to help accelerate the success of our SDR and AE sales teams. We began with an eLearning course that gave us a full overview of the ClozeLoop framework. Every major part of the sales process from introduction to closing was covered. Not only were experienced salespeople able to grow from these lessons, but ClozeLoop provided a basis for which all new salespeople can be trained succinctly. Hilman has a wonderful personality and is a great listener too. He catered his program to our business needs and gave ample time for feedback and dialogue with each new concept covered. I would fully support any organization looking to refocus, repair, or reenergize your sales process!

**What do you like best about ClozeLoop?**

Hilman is obviously a very accomplished salesperson. He understands buying and selling dynamics very very well. He built a very good foundation for understanding how to succeed in sales and helped us uncover our struggles quite quickly.

**What do you dislike about ClozeLoop?**

Nothing. I could not find a single thing I did not like. I disagreed with some of the ways that things were related to our customer base. After bringing this to the attention of Hilman, he worked with us to tighten it up and make it a much better fit for our market.

We needed a framework for which we could rely on all sales people using. This would be a baseline that we could train our new people and hold our veterans accountable too.

It was a lot of individualized attention from folks who really care and know a lot. 

We went from having nothing to having a full plan in a few  weeks. Seems almost impossible.

**What do you dislike about ClozeLoop?**

That it's over. 

I really can't think of any major concerns.

It is a clear, simple, memorable sales strategy toolkit. You'll be able to apply it immediately.

We had no sales strategy, no real understanding of how sales works. 

We now have a clear funnel and a mental model for how to continue to build our sales process.

Our sales team worked with Hilmon going over the Clozeloop frameworks to help organize our methodologies of selling. I learned so much from the courses, and it really helped me hone in on areas I was lacking during my sales process. I lacked structure on the right questions to ask to help close deals, especially being one of the newbies when it came to storage and server sales. After just applying some of the frameworks we learned in the first couple of weeks to my calls, I was already having a clearer picture of whether this is in my winning zone or not. I became more productive in closing sales quicker and putting effort towards deals worth my time. Not only did I gain better time management, but also how to upsell my customers into larger deals that were not a part of the picture before.

**What do you like best about ClozeLoop?**

I loved the frameworks provided and how easy they were to follow. It took a bit of practice to apply to my sales process, but I saw great results once they were applied. Hilmon was also a great teacher and easy to reach out to if our team had any questions.

**What do you dislike about ClozeLoop?**

The only thing I disliked was that I wished our sessions had more time! Practicing during the sessions with one another and getting Hilmon's insight was helpful.

With Clozeloop, I'm helping the customer realize their problems and how much of a priority it really is for them. We help dissect wants vs. needs, and having the customer come to those conclusions creates better rapport as an advisor rather than just another salesperson.

ClozeLoop frameworks were easy to learn and easy to retain. Probably because they worked and that's what made me want to keep using them. But compared to how I thought about other sales trainers, this level of professionalism/non-corny sales tactics is exactly what I was looking for.

**What do you dislike about ClozeLoop?**

Downsides of using ClozeLoop didn't exist. Everything in ClozeLoop University worked as it should and whenever I had questions, they provided excellent customer service.

**What problems is ClozeLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem I solved with ClozeLoop is I had too many meetings on my calendar that weren't generating revenue. ClozeLoop helped me identify my Winning Zone in where I should be spending the majority of my time to close business. I hit over 260% of my quota after implementing Triangle Selling.

I thought I needed to have a key for every situation I would run into, but instead, ClozeLoop just taught me how to pick the lock.

The thing that I liked best about CLozeLoop was how the training can be applied to any situation and customer that I find myself coming across in my profession. The interaction with the in-person training was also incredible.

I would not say that anything is missing from the ClozeLoop training. It seemed long at times but after everything is over I wouldn't want to cut anything out.

The problem I'm solving with the CloseLoop training is having a set, repeatable way of working a lead and conversation that provides quality information and great end results.

Starting with a new company with new sales methodologies, this training has helped immensely. Tons of great information provided, and I now feel more confident in going out and making some dials!

**What do you like best about ClozeLoop?**

Not only is this framework constructive, but the way this training taught the ins and outs of all the great ideas was fantastic. Ned was a great leader and kept it engaging throughout!

**What do you dislike about ClozeLoop?**

There wasn't much to dislike here. One comment I would make is I wish there were more break-out rooms. Nine hours of training is a lot, no matter how enjoyable, and the breakout rooms were a great way to connect with others and collaborate.

As a person in a position where cold calling and selling is livelihood, our job is to solve our prospects' problems. Clozeloop has given me the tools and framework to do so effectively. Clozeloop opens your eyes to the structure of it all and how to be methodical and effective in your outreach.

I went into this training expecting to learn how our company goes through our discovery process. I came away with much more. I have been through many sales trainings before... Clozeloop is training for the new age of sales. Clozeloop was engaging, fun, result-driven, and easy to follow. The trainings I participated in gave me a fresh perspective toward cold calls, discovery calls, and demos. I have a clear plan and path!! I am excited to implement and use the tools I learned in Ned's training.

I enjoyed that it was collaborative, engaging, and that being the only one from my company I was able to hear that 3 other teams (companies) face the same challenges as I do. I was able to immediately leave the training and use actionable tools to implement in my day-to-day profession.

The other AE's in my team took this training together and I, unfortunately, missed that opportunity with them.

I am part of the Customer Success team at Divvy Inc. I was pretty hesitant to see how this type of training would benefit our organization. Within the first 10 minutes of doing some pre-work, I realized how many soft skills this training was talking about. I mean after all who doesn't want to feel like they are in control when talking with a client? It was great to dive into these lessons with Corey. The skills learned here and some skills that a lot of us think only salesman have, but sales in a science and can be learned and it is actually quite easy. This course lays out very clear steps to follow throughout the sales process. I feel much more confident when I hop on calls how to drive results and control where the conversation goes. I can't say enough about it!

The thing that stood out to me most in this course was the ease of understanding. It just makes sense and they give you the tools necessary to go straight to a call and make it better.

It was hard to role play in front of a lot of people, but I know this is necessary for learning. I was grateful that we were able to split off and role play with smaller groups throughout.

Just do it. I know you will be glad you did.

The biggest problem is wasting time on calls that aren't going to have results. I know this will take time to solve but I am planning on becoming much better at qualifying opportunities more quickly.

I hired ClozeLoop to assist with my top of the funnel work, specifically discoveries, demos, and setting next steps without losing momentum.

**What do you like best about ClozeLoop?**

Cory was extremely personable during the training courses. When I asked how to apply specific techniques to my situation he was able to easily translate his teachings into actionable pieces for my own sales process. The frameworks they use are simple and to the point which is exactly what you need in sales. Also, their tactics are quite actionable and I was able to immediately use what I learned from ClozeLoop in my existing deals. 

My discoveries went from 30 minutes to 15 minutes and I got everything I needed in that time. I am to run much more efficient deals and when a deal gets stuck, I have a simple framework to troubleshoot where things went wrong.

**What do you dislike about ClozeLoop?**

Nothing comes to mind regarding what I disliked about the sales training.

The problem I am solving with ClozeLoop is a more efficient sales process. Meaning, I now have a very actionable framework that consistently works for every deal I get into.

I am enrolled in ClozeLoop University to improve my prospecting and discovery skills.

**What do you like best about ClozeLoop?**

Within my first weeks of starting a new sales role, I have received numerous compliments from Sales leadership regarding my discovery skills. I have also felt a change in my sales personality - no longer am I rushing my prospects, running in 10th gear. Instead, I feel more in control of my conversations and can comfortably maneuver in 2nd gear. 

The information is easily digestible, and in every module, there are knowledge checks to drive home the most significant takeaways. 

I would HIGHLY recommend ClozeLoop University for anyone struggling to have effective conversations with their prospects.

**What do you dislike about ClozeLoop?**

The ClozeLoop team does such a great job of enabling sales teams to succeed in the conversations they have with prospects and clients. In the future, it would be awesome to have the option to have coursework evaluated by their team.

Finding your winning zone then tying it to the customer's pain.  From my team's perspective, PLAN and priority will help us run better meetings.

As a manager, I would like to have easier access to how my team is performing on the prework and who is taking the training seriously.

Helped me uncover pain, in the most simple non-confrontational way. Hillman, also gives you the framework to do so, without sounding like a robot.

**What do you like best about ClozeLoop?**

The thing that I liked the best was how easy and simple it was to understand. Even if you weren't in sales and you were lets say in product management, you will be an expert in, uncovering pain, and closing deals.

Only thing I disliked was it was only a day and half.

The benefits I feel like it Clozeloop was it gave me a structure to understand.

The format and thought process behind everything is fantastic! The way Hilmon and Corey discuss each part of the process makes it easy to understand, usable, repeatable, and applicable. The framework teaches you to think and not just "say this, do this."

**What do you dislike about ClozeLoop?**

Nothing. I couldn't recommend ClozeLoop enough, and it has been a fantastic tool for our sales team, from AE's, SDR, and managers.

Establishing a centralized sales methodology across the floor that's usable for all positions. All sales representatives have benefited, and its created continuity in our sales process.

**What do you like best about ClozeLoop?**

Clozeloop uses a mixture of online learning and in-person (Zoom) sessions that helped my team become more confident in their outreach, follow-up and understanding of basic and advanced sales principles. 

Their online modules are engaging, interactive and extremely high quality, and the trainer for our in-person sessions, Ned, had an incredible command of the material, as well as the actual experience that should be required to train sales reps.

**What do you dislike about ClozeLoop?**

To be honest, the only thing to dislike about Clozeloop training is when it ends and you no longer have their trainings to look forward to for your team every week. 

If I had unlimited budget, I would pay them whatever they wanted to sit in with my team every week for new method and reinforcement training.

**What problems is ClozeLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem Clozeloop helped me solve was taking a group of varying experience reps and giving them the confidence, the tools, the understanding to be successful on cold calls, cold email outreach and towards their general sales acumen.

the structure of the sales process. It seemed that we had the ideas, just not the structure.

When it comes to running a high functioning sales organization, you can spend $150 on Clozeloop books and implement it all yourself, or you can elect to spend more and bring their team in to do it with you.

A lot of sales gurus will BS you on the need for the latest technology (selling has changed completely, lets go with this flavor of the month), or are stuck in 1985 (just make more calls dummy). Clozeloop avoid both of these terrible outcomes.

The training was very collaborative and diverse.  Classroom training, short videos, Triangle Selling reinforcement with live coaching sessions, and continuous feedback.  By focusing on scanning for the pain our initial first-time conversations by the SDRs went from 2-3 minutes to 10-15 minutes.  As a result, the quality of qualified opportunities increased.  We also noticed an in-quarter impact on deal velocity by leveraging the practical steps offered in Clozeloop University and Triangle Reinforcement.  We were able to reduce average sales cycle times from 9-12 months to 3-6 months.  I was very pleased to see the positive impact made in such a short period of time.  These guys delivered on their promises.

It was more of a personal preference at the time but it took some getting used to having calls recorded. ClozeLoop works with sales professionals who are struggling to get the deal finalized with prospects, concerned that they aren't uncovering the right information in discovery, and upset that they aren't getting far in cold calls. That doesn't sound like something you're struggling with, does it?

This course has completely redefined my sales tactics. I've been in the industry for nearly 10 years and have gone through numerous plug & chug courses that don't stick. The video training sessions combined with the engaging real-time sessions with Cory/Hillmon have brought my sales game to the next level. My team worked 1:1 with Cory and even after training ended he's continued to check in every week. We let him know how we've actually used the training methods and he helps us through roadblocks. 

All in all really happy with the no pain, no gain attitude of this training!

ClozeLoop helped improve my confidence by improving my ability to build rapport with the customer.

**What do you like best about ClozeLoop?**

Cloze Loop's triangle selling strategy is fantastic for any account executives looking to upgrade their sales game. Even if you are not running demos, the skills of building rapport and uncovering pain can still come in handy for high-velocity sales.

**What do you dislike about ClozeLoop?**

Other parts of the training only cater to account executives and not BDRs or folks involved in high-velocity transactional sales.

**What problems is ClozeLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving the problem of establishing rapport with everyone regardless of their personality type. I have also gotten better at uncovering pain from my customers.

ClozeLoop helped our Business Development team by offering us relevant, bite-sized information and standard frameworks that our team can easily refer to.  The training began with pre-work, which was completed independently, followed with group sessions to review the information we covered in the pre-work.  The pre-work was delivered in a way that was catchy and interesting and the sessions that were led by Cory kept us engaged and on our toes.  The frameworks that we learned feel easy to use and practical and I'm looking forward to mastering these techniques that we learned! Thank you Cory!

**What do you like best about ClozeLoop?**

It was very engaging and relevant content.

**What do you dislike about ClozeLoop?**

I loved the content but training in an online/virtual world is new to me and that in itself takes some getting used to. I.e. Zoom platform, breakout rooms etc. Overall, Cory did a great job getting the team involved even though we were not in person.

**What problems is ClozeLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Looking to have better conversations with prospects by digging out more pain.  The benefits from ClozeLoop is that we learned techniques on how to ask better questions and how to dig out pain more quickly and in a more productive way.

**What do you like best about ClozeLoop?**

I enjoyed the well-laid out process throughout the training courses. The Acronyms. Also, the videos were informative and the examples were valid.

**What do you dislike about ClozeLoop?**

The only thing I didn't like was the length of time it took me to complete the training. However, it was well worth the investment of my time!

Having a true methodology and process consistent throughout our sales team.

Clozeloop University helped us build a sales process and market strategy essentially from scratch. Everything from defining our market to instituting a methodology (Triangle Selling). Also building a playbook for our discovery and demo meetings.

**What do you like best about ClozeLoop?**

What they do better than anyone else is use frameworks to help you see (and force you to define) the basic building blocks of your business. Especially for a services company like ours without a physical/tangible product, it can be challenging to  define exactly what it is that you do. We found that once we had a grasp on the basic building blocks, everything improved - from our messaging  to our meeting conversion rates etc...

**What do you dislike about ClozeLoop?**

No complaints, wish we had done it sooner.

**Recommendations to others considering ClozeLoop:**

Just hop on a call with Cory. He will be upfront with you whether or not you will gain value from working with him.

**What problems is ClozeLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we first started working with Clozeloop, our mission was relatively simple/narrow: to improve our success in meetings. However, what we got was a much more holistic solution. Because of the way their frameworks "fit together and interchange" like legos, it's hard to identify an area of our sales process where we have not seen a benefit. Some of these benefits include:

- Better messaging top of funnel
- Much higher conversion rates in discovery and demo meetings
- Higher deal velocity
- Better internal training
- Improved rapport with our prospects and clients
