**What do you like best about ClozeLoop?**

They are processionals at what they do. They offer different solutions for businesses. The customer service is good and they seem to help. I appreciate the help they gave.

**What do you dislike about ClozeLoop?**

Nothing. I can't think of anything bad to say. They seem to be good all around. I can definitely recommend them to anyone. I guess their web site could load faster.

**What problems is ClozeLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They helped solve a training issue that my business was missing. Through their solutions I was able to make my business more productive. I learned a lot from their services.

CloseLoop helped our revenue team ask the right questions to understand the probelms our customers were having.

**What do you like best about ClozeLoop?**

We had traingings with Cory and he walked us through important steps and did role plays with on how we would use the thing we were learning in our conversations with customers.

**What do you dislike about ClozeLoop?**

I don't think I disliked anything from Clozeloop.

**What problems is ClozeLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Active Listening is was a great thing that was highlighted. Asking the right questions and when. We are uncovering "pain points'' for our customers in the best way possible.
