What do you like best about Clozd?

I like that Clozd is more consistent and persistent than I was when I was doing it manually. It's really helpful for actually getting people on the phone. They record, transcribe, and summarize all the interviews, which gives us insightful reports with audio and summaries. This makes it easy to quickly see what's going well and what needs improvement. I also like that everything is turnkey, requiring not much effort from us. What do you like best about Clozd?

I love the post closed lost interviews and the fact that our prospects can be candid. Having a channel for prospects to give feedback is super helpful for us to get better and see if there could be a need down the line. It's great for training and potential win-back purposes, and it helped us close a few deals from winbacks. It also helps us understand how our sales team can get better and handle objections. I appreciate their great turnaround times for customer interviews and their thoroughness. They provide value by enabling us to open opportunities with ones we thought might be dead, contributing more to our sales pipeline and closed won revenue. What do you like best about Clozd?

I use Clozd for customer interviews focusing on Closed Won and Lost analysis. I like their detailed customer interviews and dashboarding capabilities, which seemed like the best fit for us. They provide great insights into why we are winning and losing deals, helping us refine pricing, packaging, positioning, and messaging. The customer feedback makes our decision-making more data-driven as opposed to relying solely on internal views. I find the systemic approach to understanding customer insights valuable, allowing us to analyze in a controlled manner. What do you like best about Clozd?

I use Clozd for win and loss analysis, and it helps with competitor analysis and product roadmap by focusing on the things that matter the most for our client. I like that Clozd uncovers little features that we didn't think were important. The ease of use and implementation stands out for me, and I find the detailed interviews to be very in depth and very good. The native integration with Salesforce is beneficial for our organization. Also, I encourage them to keep innovating, and maybe there's room for even better custom dashboards. I haven't found anything to change so far, and I'm very likely to recommend Clozd. What do you like best about Clozd?

I use Clozd for helping me do business research as it is often more reliable than handling it internally. Clozd takes a lot off our plate from a workload perspective and their involvement adds a layer of credibility for the interviewees. They are professional and wonderful to work with, providing excellent communication throughout. Their platform is great for synthesizing and drawing insights from interviews. The feedback they provide from interviews is invaluable across the organization, from product development to sales and marketing. Additionally, Clozd has helped us with other market research initiatives to understand our buyers and market better. Their flexibility in working with us, even beyond the typical framework, is commendable. If you need a vendor to interview buyers or prospects, I highly recommend Clozd. "Insightful Customer Feedback, Needs Reporting Enhancements"
What do you like best about Clozd?

I appreciate Clozd because it provides insight into win and loss analysis that I share with executive leaders at quarterly meetings. It's our main voice of the customer, giving us unbiased customer feedback to see what customers or potential customers actually think of our products and sales process. I personally like the quantifiable data that Clozd provides, and our ELT members find some of the direct qualitative quotes from customers interesting. I also value being able to find positive themes even in losses and identify things we could do better with in wins. Our account manager is great, and I know we get a lot of value out of our regular catch-ups. The syncing with Salesforce makes things very easy for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clozd?

I find the sampling approach for interviews limiting. It would be great to have more statistically significant sampling, so we could focus on specific loss reasons or drivers that are important to us while still seeing the bigger picture. Also, the Report function is a bit clunky. I would love to pre-load our own branded templates, but right now I don't use the feature and instead create my own reports from Excel extracts, which makes my work longer. What do you like best about Clozd?

I use Clozd for getting feedback from clients and insights related to what went well and what didn't. Clozd helps us get valuable feedback from customers that we would struggle to get directly by ourselves. The type of insights we get cover the best and not so good aspects of client experiences, which helps improve product quality, set expectations with leads, and understand our customers' needs from their own voice. I appreciate how Clozd follows a structured approach to all feedback given, which helps us get actionable insights not just for singular cases but as strategic insights to execute across our whole portfolio. The structured methodologies support our strategic planning by presenting different feedback areas divided by decision drivers and influences, allowing us to pinpoint the main drivers in each category. Additionally, I find value in any connection offer included in the original price, as it increases the perceived value of Clozd as a business decision driver analysis tool. What do you dislike about Clozd?

I find that the process of selecting business areas per template is somewhat orthopedic. I've found many tools offer to adjust tone and content dynamically when generating content; in this case, I think Clozd would benefit from generating templates based on a communication style prompt, not only by business category, and tailoring the type of presentation depending on your audience. What do you like best about Clozd?

Clozed, as a platform is seamlessly integrated with our GTM techstach, able to access key deals, put a layer of review and approval for the key accounts/deals where we want to go ahead and get insight from the buyer on the sales cycle and buying journey they experienced with us and made the decision to select us or another vendor. Throughout our experience, the team has provided consistently strong support. As a result, we now have access to vital information for our win/loss analysis, which will support our ongoing efforts to refine and improve our GTM strategy. What do you dislike about Clozd?

This isn’t something I dislike, but rather an area that could be improved: the pace at which Clozd interviews are scheduled and completed, as well as how quickly the details are shared internally. I really like how Clozd easily integrates with Salesforce, which is necessary for our win/loss software. The unbiased opinions and interviews are great because they provide amazing insights that help the entire company. The interviews also help us celebrate what customers say about us in an unbiased fashion, allowing us to learn from our losses in many ways. Additionally, Clozd assists us in celebrating wins internally by sharing customers' positive feedback, while loss data is used to continually improve our products. I appreciate how the service has helped our product roadmap, too, by identifying functionalities customers want. This comprehensive understanding of wins and losses gives our sellers more leverage and confidence in their sales processes.
