
I can't say it any better than "buyers are liars, and so are your sellers." For their own reasons, anyone you ask about your product, pricing and go to market processes using your own internal resources will, in some way deceive you. The essence of Clozd is that an objective, third party is doing the asking which reveals the actual feedback and experience of your customer in a way that is otherwise, impossible to get at. Clozd is also a very credible organization and I have found that prospects actually value simply being asked, leaving a positive impression of your own company and product. I genuinely struggle to find anything I dislike about Clozd the service or Clozd the company. I have achieved virtually all of my greatest career accomplishments because of feedback derived via Clozd. They listen intently to their customers and are constantly trying to improve.
