They have tools to connect crm so grabbing "leads" for interviews is efficient. Not a terrible conversion rate either.
Resulting interviews are good, and have interesting distribution - the email function works well to drive exec interest in the reports they generate

Personally I think DIY win loss is missing with clozd - any interviews you conduct outside the platform requires you manage a different data set elsewhere. Since we conduct many buyer interviews ourselves it's perhaps a challenge specific to us
We run our own interviews to get more depth and specifics from buyers
As a result we tend to not use the manual tagging capabilities in clozd Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
